I would love to see a pedestrian path between highway and railroad tracks. from Gable Road to Deer Island Rd.
-
Visibility at this intersection is compromised by cars allowed to park too close to 6th Street on the north side of Columbia Blvd.
-
This corner is often confusing for unfamiliar motorists and pedestrians. Signage and street markings should be altered to ensure that pedestrians do not stray into traffic lanes and motorists understand where they are and where they are going.
-
Need the sidewalks to be wheelchair accessible, The sidewalks are below street level there are people in wheelchair have to ride on the road, Plus there are schools on this road
-
Recommend analysis of Milton Creek's overflow onto Hwy 30 and what specific emergency operations/flood fight designs and rehearsals would protect the highway and public/private infrastructure and facilities from flood inundation and/or erosion.

We represent 2 different locations on 18th street. One close to Columbia Blvd and the other closer to St. Helens street. We are concerned as to how with would impact these properties, zoning and property lines as well as taxes. Please keep us informed for comments, as these are out of area owners.
