Nipomo Creek Linear Path: formerly Pacific Coast RR Bike/Ped Path

I'd like to see a bike path along the Nipomo Creek and RR right-of-way to connect to Olde Town Nipomo and MIller Park and pts north.

Thompson Ave. bike lanes: Knotts St. to SR 166

The bike lanes pedestrian walkways along S. Thompson Avenue are greatly needed. There are accidents and deaths annually along this stretch of road. Citizens living on the East Side of Nipomo use S. Thompson to walk as well. This improvement would safe lives.

El Moro Ave.: 3rd St. to 9th St.: SRTS improvements

Completing a sidewalk and bike facility for increased safety, protection SRTS, street lighting, enhance the corridor between elementary school, bus stop on 7th and Baywood commercial district. Students who ride the San Luis Coastal Bus service also travel to Baywood elementary, not just students who attend the school.

    Anza Trail: Salinas River

I live in Atascadero and would love to see this trail built.

  7. February 05 2015

Broad St. medians: Orcutt Rd. to SLO County Regional Airport (Phase 2)

This note is about the Tank Farm/ Broad intersection. The lights on Tank Farm do not detect if a bike is waiting to cross Broad. I have had to get off my bike, walk to the sidewalk, and use the ped crossing to get the light to change. Please if you are working in this area upgrade the loop detectors so they sense bikes.

    Lawrence Dr. bike/ped bridge

Please please make this bridge a reality. I ride the safety trail on a regular basis and I always see people crossing the tracks illegally here. Also, there are often long trains that are parked in the station that block this crossing, so I've seen people walk along the tracks to the back of the train and then cross.
    Thank-you!

Corbett Canyon Rd. bike lanes: SR 227 to Arroyo Grande city limits

Please make this happen. This is a beautiful ride to get from SLO to AG, and as someone who's family lives on Corbett, I have ridden it many times not just for pleasure but for commuting. Thank you!

    Lawrence Dr. bike/ped bridge

Oh my gosh please make this happen! So many people cross illegally here, and I personally would like to avoid Orcutt road at night when I ride by myself. Thanks!

    Morro Bay-Cayucos multi-use connector

This will be an awesome project for both the communities and the county! It will be along the Scenic Highway and will increase access.

  12. January 16 2015

Bob Jones Trail: Octagon Barn to Clover Ridge Ln. (Phase 1)

My whole family is looking forward to parking at the barn and having a safe route to bike all the way to the sea. This should be a priority project! Thanks

  13. January 16 2015

Lopez Dr. bike lanes: Huasna Rd. to Cecchetti Rd.

Need this and to extend to Biddle Regional Park, should be a regional priority as it also goes to Lopez Lake which is another regional destination!

  14. January 16 2015

Lopez Dr. bike lanes: Huasna Rd. to Cecchetti Rd.

Good to see bike lanes envisioned here and soon I hope. This area of the County has been overlooked for too long

  15. January 16 2015

Orcutt Rd. bike lanes: San Luis Obispo city limits to Biddle Ranch Rd.

This is a great need and the project is way past due, thank you!!! Continuing Class II bike lanes to Lopez Drive is also sorely needed and would provide real ATP commuter possibilities as well as recreational and tourism benefits.

  16. January 16 2015

Lopez Dr. bike lanes: Huasna Rd. to Cecchetti Rd.

Class II bike lanes are sorely needed here and as quickly as possible. Extending to Orcutt is also critical as bicycle/running activities for residents and regional users as well as tourism draw would be a great service and economic "payback"

  17. December 21 2014

Beach Cities Trail: Oceano, Grover Beach, and Pismo Beach

Better bike path needed separate from the cars on PCH.

  18. December 12 2014

Bob Jones Trail: San Luis Bay Dr. to existing trailhead (Phase 3)

Please route this under 101 instead of over the top of 101. Routing over the top will be a major eye sore for surrounding businesses, houses, and drivers

  19. December 09 2014

Orcutt Rd. bike lanes: San Luis Obispo city limits to Biddle Ranch Rd.

Would love to see class II lanes added to Orcutt Rd from the SLO County line outside San Luis Obispo to Arroyo Grande and Lopez Lake. I appreciate the Class II on 227, but it's not as scenic, and has a higher volume of high speed truck traffic. Prefer Orcutt for a pleasant bike ride.

  20. November 20 2014

Bob Jones Trail: Clover Ridge Ln. to San Luis Bay Dr. (Phase 2)

The Bob Jones trail connection between SLO and Avila will be great.
