Hard to cross MacArthur to go over Ped bridge. Cars go too fast and are coming from multiple directions. Low visibility at corner -- major improvements needed as this intersection services many needs including route to Oakland High School, AC transit bus stop, and access to Lakeshore commercial district.

Too long between crosswalks to cross Park street. Cars go too fast. Unsafe.

Some drivers treat this mid-block light as a stop sign.

Poor visibility in crosswalk and drivers coming off of freeway often don't come to a full stop.

Speeding is a huge issue on this block because of the hill and the fact that drivers are trying to cut through to avoid the lights at 27th. Needs speed humps (if possible given grade) or some other traffic calming solution. Many young children live on this street and many middle school-aged children walk to school in this area because there is a major AC Transit bus stop at 29th and Broadway.

Median island or traffic circle needed to slow traffic. Map suggests there is one but it is not there in reality. Stop sign at this intersection is mowed down several times a month it can be very challenging to cross safely here.

Better lighting and maintenance needed on 30th Street stairs.

Speeding traffic. Has improved since addition of buffered bike lane but more enforcement is needed.

Nightmare intersection for both drivers and pedestrians. Very poor visibility in crosswalks and must cross four legs to get from Orange to Harrison.

Crosswalk should have been moved when street was restriped per Harrison/Oakland CBTP, but was not.

Missing curb ramp--intersection is considered high priority and this was promised years ago but has still not been constructed.

Crossing here is very difficult — and there is a school on the corner!

Extremely short crossing times and lack of a "walk" signal unless the button is pressed indicate to pedestrians that they are not welcome.
