The SUN Trail should not cross very busy Manatee Avenue and should not go west on 7th Ave which is very narrow, has many cross streets, does not go through. What is the plan after 39th St. W.? The SUN Trail should stay north of Manatee Ave. (SR64) and follow Riverview Blvd. Other routes are too dangerous.

Create more of a highway on 27th to connect drivers from 64 to 301. Make the road wider.

23rd should be straighened. There is a blind spot in the curve. Also there needs to be a traffic light at 23rd and 41 business.

Many pedestrians and golf carts crossing 301 here at night/dusk and it is hard to see them.

- Transit service has deteriorated, it used to connect to Sarasota, St. Pete, even Orlando. People have stopped riding the bus because it gets stuck in traffic, plus the wait times are huge.
- Transit service is especially bad in the minority neighborhood, while west Bradenton has many more routes, transfers.
- Seniors, mothers, disabled, have to walk up to seven blocks to get to a bus route.

Manatee School for the Arts releases onto Haben Blvd. Traffic backs up from the 301 traffic light to the MSA's entrance. It can take 3 to 4 lights to get the traffic thru our facility onto 301 north or south bound.
Haben Blvd at the 301 intersection could use an additional lane. MSA currently owns the property to the north of our current campus. This property has an entrance that can be used to direct a portion of this traffic off Haben.
What currently is needed is the funds for the infrastructure to route our traffic off our campus directly on 301 bypassing Haben. The City of Palmetto has approved the General Development plan to create the connection over the drainage area and to build the roadway/lanes over our 301 property to route traffic directly on 301.
It may be more cost effective to fund or help fund this project in lieu of building additional lanes onto Haben.

Provide more roads, widen existing roads.
Monitor amounts of tourists coming into the area.
Schools and business's start n closing times can be staggered.
Do not allow builder's to build unless they provide roads prior to their building.

Please add bike lane. THere are many bikes on the sidewalk which poses a real safety problem for pedestrians.
