By moving the entrance to 15th and exit to 17th you would only contribute to the traffic from the bridge on Davie. Instead, better signage would benefit the neighborhood by keeping people from people cutting through because they think it's a short cut

Sidewalk form SW 14 Ct. all the way to Keith preserve would be nice for those who find walking on grass in park difficult.

SW 14 Ct. Needs continuous sidewalk to SW 19 Ave. for Kids walking to school bus pick up at Hortt.There are no walk ways now.

Sw 18 Ave. needs sidewalk from SW 14 Ct to SW 17 St so people do not have to walk in street to get to Keith Wildlife Preserve

Bus stop needs a turn off stop... like the one just west of this stop. The bus ties up the heavy traffic along Davie Blvd.

Need better signage so people unfamiliar with the area e.g. deliveries know to get out of or area by going east on 13th st to 15th. Existing signage is worthless.

This light takes forever to change. Even at 5am when no cars on Davie it takes a long time to change.

NEED enforcement of stop sign for north bound traffic. I'm nearly t-boned almost every time when i'm going east or west.

Cut through issue could be addressed by changing entrance and exits. Entrance on SW 15th St and Exit on SW 17th St.

Address non-neighborhood traffic first, I.e. Cars on 12th street cutting through SB to avoid waiting for the light. The goal is to reduce traffic for the entire neighborhood and not just divert it in front of homes on other streets.

There should be an arm gate here, to deter the use of of cars cutting through the neighborhood on 12th Ct.

Speed bumps needed badly on this street, cars go very fast around this bend and down the street -,mailboxes have been smashed several times (so we stopped putting one out) and cats run over..

Create a bicycle greenway that connects Riverside Park and Hortt Parks, and Keith Preserve. Connect Riverside Park to Riverwalk, to give complete bicycle and pedestrian route from Shady Banks to downtown.

Better regulate bridge openings to keep traffic on Davie moving, and keep them off 12 Ct.

25 slip marina of mega yachts will increase traffic volume considerably, and must be managed. Consider trips by crew through the neighborhood.

Create a more uniform traffic volume by making SW14 Ct, SW 18 Ave, and SW 16 St one way counterclockwise. Residents west of Hortt Park will leave neighborhood on SW 13 Ct, distributing traffic volume more uniformilly throughout the neighborhood, in place of all volume from the west side of the neighborhood down 14 Ct both ways. Southsiders leave down 16 St.

14th Ct from 19th Ave to 17th Ave has no stop sign or other traffic calming to slow traffic down, there was a crash here where a woman texting or drunk drove into the Hortt Park sign near the school bus stop.

Some sort of cut-through solution needed for cars bypassing stopped traffic on Davie by turning into Shady Banks to travel northon SW15 avenue into Riverside, to bypass bridge.
