Many cyclists like to take these back roads but, due to the narrowness of the current roads it is very dangerous. Creating a buffered cycling lane would reduce the number of cyclists being hit by speeding vehicles.
-
I would like to see the lanes marked in paint for walkers to use Left lane and riders the right lane. People are not reading the signs in this location and it is causing confusion and safety concerns. I have seen symbols used on the paved path in Folsom to indicate the rules on the green signs. People just are not reading or noticing the signs.

Athens, Fiddyment and Sunset are regularly travelled by cyclists. So many are hit because of speeding cars on those narrow roads. Widening the road and putting bike lanes in would help tremendously
-
This road (Fiddyment) needs better signage to help protect cyclists.
-
Connect with future Dry Creek Greenway path.
-
I would like to see the Class 1 shared bike, pedestrian paths marked with paint on the trail to indicate walkers LEFT and bike riders RIGHT. I know there are signs but few people read the sign or follow the rule and it is causing conflict on the trails. This is regarding Pleasant Creek Trail in Roseville, CA off Orchard View.

Would be nice if we could extend the bike lane south on Barton so we could get to Oak Hill Drive.
-
Ideally? A easy-to find & use loop trail around the region, connecting at least El Dorado, Sac, & Placer counties. Yolo too, if possible. And a Class II/III loop up through the orchards of Placer/Yuba/Sutter.
-
Would be nice if we could connect this route with the lake at beals point.
-
Bike lane along heavily used auburn Folsom road would increase safety.
-
Reserve Dr needs better cycling infrastructure, share the road signs, bike lanes, anything is welcome to make it more obvious to drivers that they must share the road with cyclists.
-
Fix the bridge please
-
It would be nice if this bike lane connected to something other than the Foothills sidewalk. Maybe Washington? Via bridge would be ideal, but that would be $$$.
-
Diamond Oaks Road needs better cycling infrastructure, share the road signs, bike lanes, anything is welcome to make it more obvious to drivers that they must share the road with cyclists.
-
This road needs either full time bike lanes or more signage to make it obvious cyclists can use a full lane
-
This road needs improvement.
Bike lane, sharrows, something -
This road needs to have singage move obvious to drivers to share the road
-
Connect to Gibson ranch with Class I
-
Connect to Folsom Lake
-
It would be great to connect the shared use path from Squaw Valley to Truckee
-
Please add class 1 bike path to Kings beach
