Crossing this bridge is dangerous. There really is no easy or safe way to get to north west Roseville. I don't ride to work primarily for this reason.

Request Class I facility along Douglas due to 85th percentile speed; Also existing facility has gaps between multiuse segments.

  4. June 20 2017

There needs to be a safe bike lane, good enough for kids to ride from Auburn Greens to the library, at least. 49 is flat, but very scary to ride on....need dedicated bike lanes with barrier OR alternative route that isn't hilly.

  5. June 20 2017

We need a marked bike route from Colfax to Meadow Vista either along Placer Hills Road, or on Canyon Way. This is a popular ride, and very dangerous.

  6. June 20 2017

One of the most beautiful roads in the county! Would love to see a bike lane here!

  7. June 20 2017

A direct legal mountain bike trail route is needed to allow access from South Auburn to the Confluence!

  8. June 20 2017

Bike lane does not connect in some areas from Tahoe City to Kings beach. Constancy would be nice from city to city around the lake. Having a consistent Bike/pedestrian lane will encourage more people to ride their bike without having to ride on the road with vehicles.

  9. June 20 2017

Tunnel is a death trap! End of story!

  10. June 20 2017

No safe option out on 49 from confluence to Auburn. We need a (new route) shared class 1 bike path to the confluence and over to Cool! This would become a landmark recreational destination and help with the congestion down at the confluence every weekend!

  11. June 20 2017

No shoulder terrible for pedestrians and cyclists alike.

  12. June 20 2017

No safe bike option through this intersection. About 99% of cars turning left cut the lanes, too narrow across the board!

  13. June 20 2017

Deadly intersection never a safe option but sometimes a necessity.

  14. June 20 2017

No shoulder in portions car speeds are deadly and completely out of control!

  15. June 20 2017

There needs to be a class 4 bike lane here for safe access for E.V. Cain students to access their school from South Auburn without being forced onto HWY 49. Also this is an artery for recreational cyclist to access Mt. Vernon and other areas.

  16. June 20 2017

Mt. Vernon is the only safe connection between I-80 and north Auburn and the shoulder should be widened as the existing condition is unsafe.

  17. June 20 2017

Both Newcastle Road and Powerhouse Rd are heavy bicycle routes. Both roads are narrow which can be difficult both for cyclists and motorists - I've been stuck behind groups of cyclists and also been cycling and felt unsafe due to the narrow roads when encountering cars.

  18. June 20 2017

Extension of bike lane up Folsom Auburn Rd to Auburn would be helpful

  19. June 20 2017

Make a scenic shared use bike path somewhere with shade. Combie Lake? Somewhere undeveloped? I don't know of where.

  20. June 20 2017

There is a lot of biking up placer hills rd from meadow vista to Colfax. It should be great to have a bike lane, as the shoulders are not always wide enough .

  21. June 20 2017

Vernon Street connects to the older part of Roseville/Town Square area. This is a nice connection for families coming from the Cirby Way area. There are some low income areas - places in need of travel options. Roseville is doing a great job using the downtown area for events and community building. But there is no safe way to travel without zip-caging through neighbor without marking. It would be invaluable if they could build a Shared Use Path along UPs tracks that connects from Cirby Way to the heart of down town!

  22. June 20 2017

There is no way to get from Alta to Cisco, which makes it impossible to connect from the foothills to Truckee.

  23. June 20 2017

Hwy. 174 from Main St. Colfax to the turnoff for Norton Grade is treacherous ad needs widening. It's a very popular route.

  24. June 20 2017

Complete the loop - continuous Class 1 bike path from Folsom Lake through Granite Bay and Roseville, and along Dry Creek to Elverta, Rio Linda, and Sacramento, with a parallel but separate dirt trail as exists in some sections along Dry Creek, connecting to the ARBT on both ends.

  25. June 20 2017

Would love to see a connection to Folsom lake to west roseville.
Also a finished bike trail behind woodcreek high school. There was once bridges in that open space. Now there are none. I would like to see them back with one more near Glastonbury.
