This severely eroded section of Woodglen is not usable if there is a fire in the area and surrounding neighborhoods need to evacuate. A dangerous situation since there would only be one way out for many households (Nunnelely).

A safe sidewalk from Billie park to skyway is needed much like the new sidewalk placed on Pearson which are amazing. The other day an elderly man with a walker fell off the road to avoid traffic. He couldn't continue walking on the side of the road because it was too bumpy to push the walker and was walking in the road with cars that were stopping to let others pass around him.

West wastage is very uneven, bumpy and narrow. Needs maintenance. A lot of people walking to the park would benefit from a smoother path and sidewalk.

Lucky John Rd has no subgrade, very little pavement, constant potholes, traffic uses this roadway to cut across from Bille to Wagstaff, according to citizens living in this area some speeding traffic as well, please include Deer Creek ln,Posey ln, Graham Rd. All of these roads are in the same area and get a lot of traffic do to being a short cut across, drainage ditches, no sidewalks, failing pavement.

Sawmill Rd. north of intersection with Elliott has gotten some really big potholes. A person almost has to zig zag to miss them.

Elliott Rd. between Sawmill and Clark needs to be repaved. The lane going west is a mess because PID tore it up numerous times to do their work. They do a horrible job of repaving and put patches on patches. Also in the lane going west, just west of N. Libby, there is a tree root causing upheaval of the roadway and a huge bump. It would be very nice if PID didn't have to tear up a roadway as soon as it is repaved or resurfaced nicely! Maybe they could do their work there first.

Another comment about Pentz: there is no safe lane for bicyclists on many parts of this road. They end up in the auto lane which is very dangerous for the riders (and there are a lot of them). Pentz has a tremendous amount of daily traffic. The hopeful safety widening for sidewalk and bike lane would be between Country Club and Skyway, as needed.

Brill Road needs repairs. There are many large potholes.

The "sidewalk" here is actually a deep, slippery, rocky ditch. It is unsafe for adults, dogs, children, and bicyclists.

There is a very dangerous "ramp" here that connects a non-existent "sidewalk" to the school crosswalk. This needs to be made safer. In addition, there is poison ivy that people have to walk through on this missing "sidewalk".

There is a very wide two-lane "bus lane" in the Ponderosa Elementary parking lot that could be more efficiently used to prevent or reduce traffic jams on Pentz from 1:50 pm to 2:20 pm on weekdays. Even allowing parking here would help.

Traffic backs up here with southbound drivers in line to pick up their kids from school. In addition, there are one or two buses that are always late for pickup; they have to pass the long line of traffic and ask 3 cars to move out of the way in order to enter the driveway.

Northbound drivers who have to pick up their kids from school have to use the shoulder as an ad-hoc turn lane, idling there with their left-turn blinkers while through traffic passes on their left. This goes against everything drivers are taught about passing on someone's left when their turn signals are on.

This road needs to be paved. It is narrow and dangerous. Local residents who own guns seem to treat it as a private drive so it feels unsafe to use this street when you have to.

There is a dip in the road where there is localized flooding during storms. Potholes form and reform regularly. Improved drainage might improve safety as well as reducing the regular repaving expenses.

People have to park in the dirt here on 3 sides of the intersection in order to access the trailway. These parking spots ought to be made official in order to provide a little more clearance, and in order to reduce confusion for those who aren't sure whether it's ok to do so.

People have to park in the dirt here as overflow parking for school events. It ought to be paved.

There is a sign on this street that says "no parking" but parking needs to be allowed here as overflow parking for when people are picking up their kids from school.

Residents on this street place large boulders along the shoulder to prevent shoulder parking, apparently in protest to school parking. But people need to be able to park on the shoulder here to attend special events at Ponderosa Elementary

Why is there a business in the middle of a residential neighborhood? Does the town of paradise approve of this? The other problem is this business is on a blind turn for cars heading towards clark road. Very dangerous having cars turning in to & out of this business on this blind turn, when I believe it should not be in a residential neighborhood to begin with. Now I see another gal down the street @ the corner of sawmill & pearson is following suit by opening an illegal boutique out of her home right off pearson with no off street parking, very dangerous. I own a business & I have a commercial location. I do not believe it is fair nor proper for the town to allow people to run a retail business out of a private home in a non commercial area. The residential streets in paradise are not made to handle retail commercial traffic or parking VERY DANGEROUS

Get that street sweeper out cleaning the bike lane more frequently, with all the leaf build up, the bikes almost have to be back over the white line. At least run it bi-weekly, thanks!

Could use a traffic light here, it would help keep clark road traffic in check @ 35mph. Very difficult to turn out from Buschmann while cars are already going 45-50mph past here

Please use the street sweeper bi-weekly to clean the leaves off of the bike path. Thank you!

I believe a 3-way stop at the intersection of Lucky John and Wagstaff would do a lot to alleviate the speed at which traffic travels down lower Wagstaff. Alternately, any other speed calming solution would be welcome.

Oliver that leads from Skyway to Valley View is such a hazard to pedestrians that are either climbing the hill or walking down the hill. Also, the curve as been difficult for drivers to round in order to reach the bottom at Oliver and Valley View, especially when there's ice or snow on the road.
