Now with Pearson road complete, I feel that connecting our Downtown to the Park with a proper sidewalk would be a huge improvement. It would encourage more people to walk between downtown and the park. Between Skyway to Black Olive, sidewalks, bike lane, and street lights.Improving Birch street would be a great start

I drive Sawmill almost everyday. This road is bumpy, has pot holes, no sidewalks (though people walk on it everyday) and ripples in the road. Being one of the main town through roads, It desperately needs to be repaved.

I live on Henderson Ln and have to drive on Edgewood Ln to get to my street. I drive Edgewood Ln everyday, multiple times a day. Edgewood Ln is a torn up bumpy, sad, patched up mess and desperately needs to be repaved. The road is not wide enough for 2 large vehicles to pass by side by side. There is a white line in the middle of part of the road, but not down the middle of the majority of the road making it hard to define or stay in either lane. There are pot holes in the road which all cars try and dodge by swerving out of their lane into oncoming traffic in many cases, going both up and down the street. Also there are ripples in the road which cause a bumpy, washboard effect when driving on the road at any speed. The road is not level in many places and is quite frankly somewhat of a public hazard and is tough on many vehicles. I worry that my vehicle's suspension life has been shortened due to driving on this terrible road.

About 2 years ago, we paved over 50% of our private Henderson Ln road due to potholes, bumpiness and erosion. It would sure be nice to have Edgewood Ln repaved and restored for the safety of all who use it.

Sawmill Road is in DEPLORABLE condition. I see vehicles moving from one side of the lane to the other in order to try and avoid the endless series of potholes and rough spots. We have lived in this area for 10 years and many roads in Paradise are deteriorating faster than they are being repaired. If this continues, Town of Paradise is going to have a huge road problem in another 10 years!

Sidewalks and crosswalks would be great on Wagstaff! Many families walk to and from school and there is not really a safe walking area.

A traffic light here would be nice. Skyway and Black Olive probably needs it more though.

So many people run this stop sign. Plastic "Bott Dot" rumble strips before each stop sign would be a good reminder to stop.

Is the right turn from Clark a YIELD or a MERGE? Both signs are there and drivers do whichever one strikes their fancy. Its a guessing game for north bound skyway if cars are going to wait or merge

This has to be one of the worst roads in butte county, either walking, driving or ridding. The road narrows towards the dumps, vehicles speed and the bumps do not help any of this.

Speed and traffic issues on Elliott Rd. - I live on Elliott and the traffic always travel at a much higher rate of posted speed limit of 30 mph - I am afraid to visit my mailbox, let alone walk on this road. This is a high traffic road which I don't understand but there is rarely a break in traffic.

Cars drive to fast on this street, making it difficult to safely turn into Holiday Market. Lower the speed limit to 25mph and install a traffic light / crosswalk

This intersection needs a traffic light, with a left turn arrow and crosswalk. Skyway and Black Oliver

Castle Drive. Rain tends to run off to the right going down the hill. A deep gutter has formed now at 541 and slowly eating away the patch that was laid for a new water line placed some time back. Wondering about possibly lining the gutter with cement or blacktop.

New road looks nice, but large water puddle collects at this curve and cars hydroplane.

Most dangerous bike path crossing in town. Needs flashers like Skyway crosswalks.

This area of skyway is very dangerous. The sides of the road are very narrow for foot traffic. Vehicle speeds are near 55mph and some well above 75mph; speed limit 45mph. Speed limit should be lowered to at least 35mph. Dangerous to cross skyway to check for mail take up trash and recycling or too narrow with cars speeding by. Also, very difficult to turn into skyway crossroads from fast/passing lane without almost causing an accident.

There are multiple families/kids walking to school along Wagstaff to Pentz and there are not any safe sidewalks or crosswalks making it dangerous

Would be great if Foster had sidewalks. Even on one side. No shoulder in most places, and even a ditch right off the road. Maybe a single sidewalk for both directions? I don't know. Not much room for bicycles either, maybe a joint bicycle/walking path? There's nowhere to safely walk for those who live off of Foster.

Very difficult turning here. A good spot for a roundabout, as others have suggested for the other end of Buschman. In both cases, so close to existing stop signs or stop lights that it's not really going to interupt the flow I think. May not have room in the existing right of way, some improvement would be nice.

The right turn from Clark Road on to northbound Skyway is absolutely awful. It was not thought through when the intersection was reworked. Cars turning off of Clark Road do not slow down and do not yield to cars on the Skyway which have the legal right of way. The right turn lane off of Clark needs stop lights/signs requiring those cars to slow down and make a full stop before they can proceed on to the Skyway.

So many people making the right turn from Clark to Skyway don't understand that the yield sign means that the Skyway traffic has the right of way. It's terrifying to try to make the right turn from Skyway into the gas station.

This corner is such a hazard. I live here and pulling out of my driveway, I can’t see around the corner to see if there’s cars coming. So I sit there and wait and try to listen for the cars because once they get on pentz, people floor it. Everyday I leave my home I am almost hit by a speeding car because it’s a blind corner.

I walk alot in Paradise, so many beautiful neighborhoods. This section of Oliver has a short section that needs repair. There is not even a foot of space to walk on the side of the road, deep ditch has to be climbed in & out of.

Pulling out of Lava Creek is risky because you can't see and the traffic is going to fast .
