This is a very odd intersection, but it works, unless a parked vehicle limits the sight distance.

Sight distance is limited for a left-turning vehicle because of parked vehicles and tall bushes. Also very difficult for pedestrians to cross.

North side of the street needs sidewalks installed for pedestrians. People often walk on this side of the street and traffic is speeding by above the posted speed limit.

A traffic light is needed here as this intersection has reduced visibility from gardner looking west into shaff. Also with new sub divisions on both sides of the school there is going to be a big increase in morning and evening traffic.
