This is a very dangerous intersection. Cars from the service road join the main road very often, creating points of possible collision. There's already a sign prohibiting cars in the service road from turning left, but it would be good to reinforce the painting on the road.

Bike lane paint and bollards are nearly all gone. Every time I drive over here, there is a car using the bike lane to cut traffic to get on I-90 to the detriment of bikers.

Cars travelling SE on Strathmore have no stop sign and no view of cars/peds travelling E on Englewood. Hard for pedestrians to make across intersection, even if car is not approaching yet.
1) place stop sign SE on Strathmore
2) delineate crosswalk on N side of Englewood across StrathmoreLiked 3 times -
The road curve around here makes for dangerous sitelines. Many people use Corey as a shortcut from Beacon to Comm Ave & Washington, disregarding speed limits on both Boston and Brookline sides. Road is too narrow for parking on SE corner but there are spots there anyway.
1) Place stop signs N/S on Corey and create 4 way stop intersection and full crosswalks on all corners.
2) eliminate parking on SE corner of intersection

Cars drive very fast here and usually, cars do not stop for pedestrians. I suggest adding warning lights for pedestrian crossing (this crosswalk is also dark at night -- hard to see from the cars' perspective)

Consider bus in trolley reservation proposals to create a true transit reservation shared by the 57 and B line.

TSP is so desperately needed at this intersection. Hundreds of people wait through a LONG light cycle every 7 minutes to let tens of single-occupancy vehicle drivers by. Prioritize people!

No need for parking here. There are lots behind the businesses and thousands of people come through here by bus every day.

BUS LANES BUS LANES BUS LANES.
Businesses here can get MANY more customers than the handful of parking spaces give them.Liked 7 times -
The area around the curb cut attracts giant pools of water that takes DAYS to evaporate every time it rains/snows. City of Boston claims they'll solve this with the Comm Ave upgrade which is nice, but surely there is something for drainage that can be done in the 2-5 years before this project happens.

Band tour buses routinely park in the MBTA stop here. Give them some sort of loading zone that doesn't interfere with the literally thousands of people trying to access the 66 and 57 (and doubly so for people with mobility constraints)

The median between the inbound carriageway and inbound comm ave is NEVER removed of snow. 311 has never yet figured out who is even responsible (TD Bank claims they only are responsible for the sidewalk in front of their business. MBTA claims to only be responsible for the median that contains the B-line. This is a hazard EVERY SINGLE SNOW and no one is responsible).

This project should reinforce the critical need for pedestrian connections from Commonwealth Avenue to the Charles River near BU as at Babcock Street or Agganis Way.

The set of crosswalks at Packards Corner are incomplete. There is no crosswalk on the east side of the intersection. And no official crosswalk at Naples, so legal crossing points are very far apart.

I have a different commute now, but for two years crossing Commonwealth Avenue from this point was an absolute death trap and I do not have any handicap. More time is needed for these crosswalks and perhaps another sign that say a pedestrian should/must yield to trolley when entering track area.

I don't think a No Turn on Red could apply here but perhaps a "Yield to Pedestrians in Crosswalk" sign for those making a right hand turn from Chestnut Hill Avenue onto Commonwealth Avenue/Carriage Road.

Add a stop sign for the service road that stops at Griggs St. An elderly man died on the service road when a driver did not yield to a pedestrian in a cross walk
