No side walks, poor drainage, floods easily, roads are not nice looks broken

its just an example of the same problem throughout the city. no shade. sidewalks are right up against the street where the cars go racing past. no buffer between the sidewalk and the street (grass, trees, etc.), no relief from the blistering. if you can't put in real trees, what about solar trees, something anything to create a little shade
