    I have not biked on Water Street but I would imagine it would be difficult. It is a very narrow two way road especially with on-street parking on the west side of the road. Can this road be converted to a one-way? A one-way street could give motorists more room and create room for a designated bike lane.

    General cleanliness and curb appeal is a bit lacking on this block. Addition of trees or landscaping might help for a more pleasant view. Litter is a commonality primarily with waste from the nearby McDonalds. City employees regularly clean up litter around the Penn Square area, perhaps they can add this area to their normal clean up routes.
