This is a busy and difficult intersection. The addition of two lanes (north to south) on this section of 7th made the turn from Monmouth to 7th a tight turn and there have been many times I've had to back up to allow a truck or school bus to make the turn safely. A traffic light may be needed at this intersection to allow better and safer flow of traffic in all directions.

It appears this is proposing a bridge over S. Fork Ash Creek at G street to create this new collector. This would be through Inspiration Garden, a City park area and trail currently enjoyed by many people - including families and youth. Can you avoid disrupting this park? It seems adding a collector through the park will create a new safety hazard by adding traffic through a park area. Also why add a bridge 1 block away from the F St. bridge which is about to be replaced?

Would this give another entrance into Waremart? Would there be turn lane from the north and from the south to turn into an entrance to Waremart? This would alleviate some traffic issue on Monmouth/51, but could cause others on 16th, Talmadge if there isn't a good way to make the turn without backing up traffic.

How would you route traffic through the parking lot near McDonalds, San Antonios and Hi School Pharmacy? It would be nice to bring the traffic off of F and E Streets that flows onto 13th to a traffic light.

Chestnut needs to be completed to 16th Street, and developers billed for their portion of the cost when they build. There is a great need for another access to the SW growth, and to take pressure off of 7th Street and G Street.
Why is the owner of the property west of Maple Street being asked to give an easement through his property and down Becken Lane for "emergency" use? The city should complete Chestnut before allowing more homes and possibilities for the lack of access to effect lives and property.
