The bike path just ends. . .I hope one goes all the way.
-
Cant wiat to get a bike path on the south side of college road west of the fairgrounds. It is supposed to be i the works I hope it is installed SOON!
-
Great job on the path to Ester. ( Now if we can just keep the 4wheelers and dirt bikes to stop spittin gravel on to it)
-
Yankovich Road doeas not need abike path. Widen the road. Due to construction this should be done. A little extra pavement for bike and pedestrians should be simple.
-
Illinois has notheng for peds/ cyclists. Canyou imagine sending your kid on an errand down that street.
-
From Cowles southward to Van Horn then along Van Horn is trecherous for bikes.
-
Build Yankovich Miller Hill path!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Thanks for repairing the bike path. Please fill in the cracks in the other parts.
-
University Bridge sidewalk is way too narrow. 2 bikes connot safely pass. In winter snow is often piled on the sidewalk for weeks at a time and the piled snow actually slopes inward to the traffic lanes making walking and riding near impossible and extermely dangerous.
-
Chena Multi-use path is grea for pedestrians and slower family biking, but it is not very good for commuters and faster cyclists. Would be nice to see a bike lane or wider shoulder.
-
This path from Geist to Ester is perfect. It may need to get widened if it gets too popular.
-
Crossing the major intersection of Farmers Loop/Steese is not fun or safe. Nor is Johanssen and Steese. Lack of turning lane, adequate crossing time, driver awareness, no over pass etc all = unsafe conditions and an overpass should be provided for any trails and routes connecting to these busy intersections. Better to cross farmers loop at the radio towers/ powerline on farmers loop above a half mile from the steese- Then connect to a route on west side of the the Steese to Johanssen and Fairbanks route.

Bike Path on Hurst is great. Too bad it took a kids life to get it approved!
-
If you are on the North side walk of Geist and want to get into one of the mini malls you cant because of the fence.
-
Please sweep the gravel off the road. They are nice and wide but the gravel is bad
-
Parks highway bike path is degrading in places-cracking between sheep creek and Geist and bad frost heaves and cracks along section near Gold Hill store. Otherwise Awesome
-
Would be nice to have access to the frontage road on small arms range to avoid Richardson Highway
-
Sidewalk across the bridgeis too narrow. Very Scary!!!
-
Nice place to ride.. Low traffic and good surface
-
Nice area to ride. . .low traffic and goo surface
-
I don't like these areas as a driver. They(Illinois & Phillips Field Road) are commuter bike routes w/ lots of car traffic & bad shoulders
-
Parks Highway bike path and sheep sreek ext intersection- Drivers often do not pay attentionto cyclists. I've almost been hit after stopping properly stopping twice.
-
Why the acute angles on the bike path along the Johansen? At Peger the bike path could go straigt instead of curving off
-
Yankovich- Ballaine-Miller Hill- No shoulder on yank and miller hill. hard to ride on whit line and pavement edge. Vehicle traffic does not obey the 40mph limit and there are multiple blind rises/hills. Many runners and cyclists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Yankovitch----road is too narrow. no shoulder. site lines short making biking, walking, running, dangerous for those on foot, bike, or driving. We've been hearing that a separate path is being planned for amny years. Could we see some improvements soon?????
