Orchard to Road Diet - 3 lane w/center turn lane - bike lanes w/consistent detached sidewalks and TREES.

Make pathways along the canals 'public'. The Bench wants our Greenbelt!

Continuous bike lane and side walk Orchard. 184-84 to facilitate walking and communting. Road diet would be great! Especially Irving to Franklin (beyond is good).
