Speed limit changes to 45 mph here. Needs reduced. When coming through town, you have a 20 mph school zone, go immediately to 30 mph at Les Schwab, 45 mph at the old Shrum Ford and then have a stop light all within a very short distance. The speed should be reduced until drivers at least pass the Laughlin Road intersection. Reducing the speed limit may allow for another stop light further east to accomodate future development.

Left turns on NE 3rd and Combs Flat can be very dangerous. A left turn signal is needed.

During lunch hour and early afternoon, traffic can be backed up for two or more blocks at the main stop light. Can the lights through town be synchronized to allow traffic to flow better?

Lynn Blvd & Combs Flat - Traffic is very congested during school start time with traffic coming in from Juniper Canyon/Prineville Lake area and traffic coming out of convenience store. Vehicles park on side of Combs Flat near the intersection obstructing vision.
