Loose dogs in the park a possible transportation safety hazard if these dogs run into 14Ct or 18Ave. Probably should enforce the no-dogs in park rules.

Drainage problem here, when it rains really hard the south half of 14 ct becomes a big puddle and cars avoid the giant puddle by driving the wrong way eastbound.

Davie Blvd left turn onto SW 17 Ave is often blocked by east bound cars on Davie Blvd. Getting into Shady Banks even when we get a green turn light can be impossible if the bridge goes up.

Shrubs on the SW corner need to be removed to safely turn left going north onto SW 15th Ave
