Mark the segment between Auburn Lake Trails and the intersection of SR 193 and SR 49 as an existing Class I bike path.
Highlight the existing El Dorado Trail overcrossing of US 50 as an existing Class I facility.
Highlight the Bedford Street Pedestrian Overcrossing as an existing pedestrian facility.
The Western Placerville Interchanges Phase 2 Project will add bicycle and pedestrian facilities at this location. The project includes a new eastbound offramp from US 50 onto Ray Lawyer Drive and Forni Road, a new segment of Class I bike path connecting two existing segments of the El Dorado Trail between Ray Lawyer Drive and Forni Road, as well as pedestrian improvements and a park and ride lot between Forni Road and the eastbound US 50 offramp.
There are no existing pedestrian facilities on Highway 99 within Yuba City. The construction of pedestrian and bicycle facilities along this stretch of Highway 99 is a potential improvement project.
There are existing sidewalks on both the north and south sides of Highway 20 between Highway 99 and Live Oak Blvd.
The City of Yuba City is interested in coordinating with Caltrans to ensure that the proposed improvements match with the City's Highway 20 Master Plan.
The color scheme is a bit confusing. It is difficult to tell if the purple is for existing Class I facilities or for Proposed Improvements. Perhaps a different color should be used one of them.
There are no existing pedestrian facilities on Highway 99 between Queens Ave and Bridge Street
The City developed a feasibility study to improve the existing overcrossing at Antelope Road for improved access for bikes and peds. See http://www.citrusheights.net/853/I-80-Project
Jackson Rd does not have any side walks east of Florin Perkins Rd. Most likely a good location for complete street in the coming future with development spreading to the east.

Garden HW would be a good location to provided ped/ bike improvements to be considered as a complete street. Nothing is proposed.
We would like to see ped/bike connections across SR 160. Currently all bridges are so narrow and do not provide connection between the north and south of SR160
PROJECT CURRENTLY UNDERWAY - State Route 45/20 through the City of Colusa from Butte Vista Drive to Main Street. As a continuation of the previous Complete Streets efforts on Market Street, construct full curb, gutter, sidewalk, landscaping, signage on Bridge Street from Butte Vista Drive to Main Street. This location currently has intermittent sidewalks, and is heavily used by many pedestrians accessing commercial areas of town. The construction of a Complete Streets project at this location would improve pedestrian safety, reduce vehicle speeds, and help improve multi-modal travel throughout the City of Colusa.
State Route 20 through the City of Colusa. As a continuation of the previous Complete Streets efforts on Market Street, construct full curb, gutter, sidewalk, landscaping, signage on 10th Street from Market Street to Harris Street. This location currently has intermittent sidewalks, and is heavily used by children walking to and from school. The construction of a Complete Streets project at this location would improve pedestrian safety, reduce vehicle speeds, and help improve multi-modal travel throughout the City of Colusa.
State Route 45 through Princeton. This project is partially installed and has proven to be effective at maintaining lower speeds through the community. The project would ultimately included full curb, gutter, sidewalk, crosswalk bulbouts, improved signage, possible radar-feedback signs, and pavement markings to improve pedestrian safety and help reduce vehicles speeds through this residential/agricultural community. The County of Colusa may be able to contribute future ATP funds to assist with this project.
This is a location where a high school girl was killed on her bike trying to ride home. The location is very dangerous for bike/peds because the protected sidewalk on the bridge is on the east side but the access to homes is on the west side.
This location near the school also really needs pedestrian improvements. It currently has no sidewalk or bike access directly adjacent to the school and activity center. The location just north of Binney junction needs a bike/ped bridge over 70 which connects the levee path.
The Class 1 separated bike path to this point will be great. However, I'm curious as to why it doesn't extend to at least the corner of E. Gridley Rd and 70 where a park and ride could be located (understanding that the bridge crossing may only be a shoulder use and it is a county border).
Proposed Sac-160 bike/ped improvement. The project would improve bike/ped access on SB-160 between Del Paso Boulevard and Richards Boulevard
