Lighting and sidewalk quality along Orchard Avenue to get to Orchard Court is really poor.
Intersection is nearly impossible to navigate in a vehicle during class passing period and is dangerous for cars and pedestrians.
Parked cars make visibility at intersection poor for pedestrians and oncoming traffic.
Traffic here can be really tight with the lane of parked cars and two-way traffic occurring simultaneously. If there is a large vehicle coming through there is often not enough room to get around them.
Sidewalk breaks making it hard to ride bike and go from street to curb to park them. Definitely this section; maybe others.
Parking lot multiple issues:
-large dip to drain
-not wide enough for two cars to pass or enter
-often blocked by extra parking

Cars driving through the intersection even though it states that it is not a through road. Cars using section as a short cut.
Widen Washington Way from 35th Street to 15th Street to enhance first responder traffic. Vehicles have to slow when passing other vehicles.
