Please work on setting up light rail or train transportation on the existing train tracks between Cooley Station and Downtown Gilbert . And in the future connect riders to the light rail that goes into Downtown Phoenix.

There is no bike lane or even sidewalk in this area. (Not to mention adequate lighting). For a morning commute, nearly everyone is going northbound and it is unsafe to travel in this area.

Highland High School- Please turn the lights for east and westbound on Guadalupe to blinking yellow and the other direction to blinking red when school is not in session.

This intersection needs a light. it is difficult to take a left on Williams Field. The back up a Legacy school makes it impossible to exit the neighborhood on to Recker for several hours around pick up and drop off times

access into the businesses by Salad and Go is hard because of the lack of access from S Colt Dr. and the back up from the drive thru at Salad and Go.

Wherever the canal crosses roads, there should be bridges that go up and over the road so that pedestrians bicyclists roller skaters can just have free access and roll above the road on a bridge and not have to stop traffic put themselves in danger and make grumpy drivers even grumpier

Better traffic management needed here with many near misses with pedestrians and vehicles. Perhaps giving 30 seconds for all pedestrians to clear the intersection before Vaughn Ave traffic is allowed to proceed to turn onto Gilbert Rd.

The bike lane road condition is poor. It feels like corrugated pavement for half a mile when heading East on the south side of the road.

This crossing light often doesn't work and we have to cross when traffic hasn't been stopped.

There is no left turn lane to get into the Kohl's business area going westbound on Ray. Please put one in.

A flashing warning light (like those found at either end of the historic district) would be beneficial for alerting vehicles to people and bicyclists using the Canal trails.

The sidewalk ends approximately here.

All along this apartment complex, there is no sidewalk for pedestrians. This is a dangerous place to walk, and or bike ride. The street is very narrow. Please put in a sidewalk from the bend at Canyon Creek (noted with another marker) all the way to the light at Santan Village Parkway.

We have no easy way to get out of our division and is a safety issue. There is no center lane to get into and there is no light.

The signage at this corner reads Vermont coming in from the direction of Higley and Balboa going E/W. I repeatedly asked 6 years ago that a Vermont/Balboa sign be put up directing visitors that we live on the corner of Vermont and Vermont, not Vermont and Balboa as it looks like.

I’ve noticed this intersection will (depending on conditions) have leading and lagging lights from the N and S left turn lanes.
This is great. Please implement this at other high traffic intersections please. -
The speed limit was dropped to 25 just because there is some parallel parking? This is unreasonable as those parallel parking spots was for a master plan project that never happened. Please remove or block those unnecessary parallel parking and raise the speed limit back to 45.

This street light could use turn arrows for the cars leaving Page.
Traffic here gets a bit dicey at night between cars not trying to get stuck another round and people trying to get to the next bar or catch a play. -
Speed limit on Gilbert just south of Elliot is unreasonably slow. Please re-evaluate this section or road.
