Better traffic management needed, especially during peak hours on weekends from 10am to 6pm

  2. February 11 2022

    TMP_11A

Not necessary. Already traffic signal in place for pedestrians/bicyclists to cross this major arterial road.

  3. February 11 2022

    TMP_83

Already improved sight-distance to make a left hand turn. No other improvements really required.

  4. February 11 2022

    TMP_5

Hawk signal needed for pedestrians/bicyclists crossing this arterial roadway.

  5. February 11 2022

    TMP_96

Traffic light needed especially with construction on new commercial development with two-story gym, fast-food restaurant(s) and proposed coffee shop.

  6. February 11 2022

    TMP_57

Not needed as it was widened with double left hand turn lanes less than 10 years ago.

Mesquite Street Construction: Lindsay Road to Val Vista Drive

Going to allow more cut-through traffic. Perhaps speed cushions or humps will allow for a safer experience in this residential neighborhood.

  8. February 11 2022

Gilbert Road Corridor Study: Baseline Road to Ray Road

Traffic light for entrance into Fry's Marketplace, Ace Hardware needs better timing with City of Mesa light at Baseline Rd or at least a restricted arrow during peak hours. At times only one car per cycle can turn because there is no gap in traffic.

  9. February 08 2022

Vaughn Avenue: Existing Terminus Near UPRR to Neely Street

An intersection improvement is needed at Vaughn Ave at Gilbert Rd, at Page Ave at Gilbert Rd and at Cullumber Ave at Gilbert Rd. There is not enough time/space to make turns due to pedestrians crossing at peak times like on Saturday mornings for Farmers Market and on Friday/Saturday evenings.

  10. February 08 2022

    TMP_84

Only a dedicated right turn lane from EB Elliot Rd to SB Cooper Rd is needed.
