The driveway for this property is out of compliance, per DDOT's regulation. Cars are parking right by the sidewalk, and driving on the sidewalk. Very dangerous.

This intersection is essentially a signalized driveway. Deliniation on sidewalk needed, such as DWR.

Sand bags around grate are a tripping hazard. Especially problematic in bus stop.

Inconsistant parking regulation (peak-hour restrictions), plus poor enforcement and low utilazation forces dangerous merging and provides an extra lane for speeding in some locations.

Poor compliance with SB L-turn restriction (particularly among MPD staff in both marked, unmarked, and personal vehicles). Consider whether to tighten the restriction geometrically, or to allow SB Lefts.

Please close Canal St SW slip lane in front of Kadampa Meditation Center! Hard to see around parked cars, light difficult to see and often run with illegal right hand turns - ped conflicts common, esp after games
