    wrong box, but couldn't grab bridge under someone's comment.
    Pedestrian bridge would be awesome, safe way to cross. I'm sure the boat clearance would be the same than on 7th St bridge, that seems to be the concern.

    Modify Bridge Timing

    Please have the bridge timed. ALso, tenders seem to open it during rush hour without emergency. Really badly timed light on SW 15th Ave adds to the mess.

    Tighten Turning Radii

    TOO MUCH ATTENTION TO 4TH AVENUE CORNERS. CONCENTRATE THE SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS PRIORITY ON THE INTERNAL STREETS AWAY FROM MAIN THOROFARES.
