Very akward to turn left from Skyway onto clark, for lane position, yielding traffic, and for turning right onto skyway from clark yielding to oncoming Skyway traffic, all the while, drivers are going into and out of the fastrip gas station. I would suggest a round about at this location would be helpful
lit signs to help find the hospital at night and in day for frantic people trying to get to emergency
On New Skyway driving towards Paradise lake dam , Magalia, ca a couple of lights at the beginning of the dam on skyway where the road first turns to the left and in the middle or towards the end of the dam would be nice to have a light., especially at night or in the fog
Driving towards Paradise from Magalia, when I turn left off New Skyway, onto Pentz when it's getting darker or busy in day, it is difficult to find lane position, and if off...it would be very easy to hit the power pole to the immediate right. Pole needs light and more reflectors. Center divider for persons turning left onto Pentz needs to be marked for greater lane position guidance. Hospital sign needs to be pointing to pentz for both directions on skyway pointing to Pentz and lit to identify way to hospital. (Former Ca DL driving instructor) this is a difficult Left hand turn from Magalia onto pentz., and all of pentz needs more light and clues for drivers coming off cross streets as to direction of hospital.
Wayland should have speed bumps and a weight restriction. This is a very rural road with many walkers, horse riders, etc, This is a small road with few homes and should not be used as a route to the dump.
This exchange from Sutter to Neal has poor visibility. Plus many cars are doing much more than the 30/35 mph.
Sidewalks all around town. Lots of pedestrian and bike traffic!
The red yield merge from Clark to Skyway leaves many confused. They don't yield to Skyway traffic. Also, new businesses going in on that corner which will add to the confusion and congestion. It could really use a light instead of the red yield sign for traffic coming off Clark onto NB Skyway.
Changing Skyway from four lanes to two didn't solve the problem of tailgaters and speeders. This area needs more police enforcement. The lane reduction has not improved safety.
Put a traffic signal at either Wildwood Lane or Boquest Circle and the Skyway.
This stretch of Skyway does not have any sidewalks, and cars are very close to pedestrians walking. Twice I have seen elderly persons walking close to dark in this area: one elderly person even had an oxygen tank along with them. Very unsafe for pedestrians.
Some form of Barrier to prevent cars that run the stop sign on Bushman from ending up in my backyard. Is needed. Sidewalk from bushman to black olive would be a good thing.
We need a sidewalk and dedicated bike path on Foster at least from Memorial trail to Hillcreast or Roe Rd. My dogs and I are ran off the road when walking in the bike lake to get from lower Foster to the memorial trail at least once a week. It doesn’t seem to matter whether I’m wearing bright clothes or not.
Would have been nice to include a left and right turn lane onto from Clark Rd onto Cypress Ln to prevent potential for rear end accidents.
Echo the comments about the need for a safe sidewalk. We have clients and employees who walk from Cypress Ln up to the shopping center on Wagstaff and Clark.
Oliver between Valley View and Skyway needs sidewalks. I drive this way every day and there are a lot of people walking on the narrow side of the road. The people are really hard to see at night.
bumpass hell, mine field intersection. dangerous, unsafe as are most seems, and intersections. WHOLES EVERYWHERE WITH METAL TOPS SUNKIN IN THE ROAD. TOTALLY WRONG. UNLEVEL ROADS WRECK CARS AND CAUSE ACCIDENTS. BUMPASS HELL
seem bump top of cypress curve will break traction of cars coming down clark.
Dean Road is in terrible shape. The patches have patches. The road is very uneven and narrow. Drivers have to zig and zag along the roadway to avoid potholes and each other. The road edges are crumbling away and are poorly defined. It has been in bad shape for at least 20 years. This road has a lot of traffic serving residents in the area as well as many other people who use Dean to access the flumes.
People drive 50 mph going over blind hills with pedestrians walking right on the fog line and kids riding bikes in the roadway. This is a very busy street for cars and pedestrians. Sidewalks/ bike lanes could save lives.
This should be a four way stop sign. Visibility is not adequate to safely pull out into the roadway.
the view of traffic/pedestrians is blocked by a tree at the Veterans Hall in the crosswalk on the right turn lane coming off Elliott onto north bound Skyway.
Pentz road need sidewalks and widening it is a main escape route out of town there are also 2 schools on this street with lots of pedestrians, the hospital is also on this road
New road is narrow and subject to a lot of truck traffic due to the dump for example garbage trucks and people towing trailers it need sidewalks and widening. This is also an escape route out of town
