Highway 68 needs to be widened to 4 lanes all the way from Salinas to Monterey. Alternate routes through old Ft. Ord to Seaside and Marina also need to be built on fast track basis.

Close Portola Rd to thru traffic 7-8:30am weekdays--Serra Village and Toro Park housing severely impacted by traffic cutting through neighborhoods to beat Hwy 68 traffic.

It is extremely difficult and dangerous to turn left from Seca Place onto Hwy 68 (Westbound) as the flow of cars from 68 Eastbound or from Laureles Grade's right turn lane onto 68 Eastbound is often non stop during morning and afternoon commute times. A solution would be to add a time limited NO RIGHT TURN light at Laureles Grade that would give a chance to Seca Place residents to make those left turns.

Ideally, Hwy 68 between Hwy 1 and Toro should be a four lane freeway or expressway. Failing that, ALL major intersections should have roundabouts: Olmsted, Canyon del Rey, Ragsdale, York, Laureles Grade, Corral de Tierra, San Benancio,

Please add park and ride spaces in the shopping center. There are plenty of spaces that go unused, and it would be a convenient location for commuters.

Please add park and ride lot for people commuting from River Road.

Please add park and ride lot near the Toro Park on and off ramps. Commuters could carpool then.

Please close this entrance to Highway 68. The morning commute suffers from people speeding through the neighborhood to cut in line at this entrance.

Close current San B intersection and create new roundabout intersection here. The current San B intersection is too small and tight with the hillside and creek.

I have seen dear eating gross along the road between Boots and the SPCA.

I think a roundabout would be good here. To many times lots of cars have to stop so one car can make a turn out of the side street.
