2 lanes of travel with double left turn lane. No bike lane and missing segments of sidewalk - this would benefit from a road diet.

The Segment Improvement for the City of Live Oak begins at Ash Street and ends a Ramsdell Drive is moving towards PA&ED. If the inventory database will show local bicycle facilities integrated with the State Highway System, please show the Live Oak Community Trail (Plan published in 2010) and information from the Live Oak Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Trail Plan (published in 2016). Last, it could be a bit misleading to show Segment Improvements extending to Riviera Road and Paseo Ave. While there is an identified project, currently there is not date scheduled to move projects at these locations toward PA&ED.

The City of Yuba City desires that the Highway 99 segment through Yuba City be added as a planned segment improvement project. Consideration is to be taken for the enhanced movement of traffic through the City, potential widening, and complete street enhancement elements.

SacRT is working on a proposal to potentially improve the bike/ped facilities here, similar to what is constructed at Watt/50 and being proposed at 80/Richards in Davis. A separate bike/ped facility built along with or ahead of the light rail extension. Could be cheap option with huge benefits. Jeff Damon is the contact at SacRT. Should be incorporated into this plan and the SACOG bike/ped/trails master plan

Segment improvements along Highway 20 should include complete street elements designed to promote active modes of transportation and enhance the corridor's image.
The City of Yuba City is interested in being actively involved with the project, including funding, design, and phasing.

Ped/bike improvements needed here. Lots of bridge crossing due to NGOs and people seeking shelter in park nearby. Class IV bikeway under construction along 12th Street, New TOD, and new light rail station planned at 12/Richards that will attract even more active transport travelers. Bojana Guiterrez in D3 TOps a good contact about this need.
