Flashing stop signs or Dangerous intersection ahead. This has been the sight of some significant crashes due to the speeds on Valentine Rd. Also, ensure the sight lines are clear for vehicles stopped at Lakeway looking left (south) for north bound traffic. Trees have been an issue in the past.

Consider making Burbank St a one way street in either direction from 2nd St to Cherry St. The amount of congestion and foot traffic during the 10 months of school is dangerous. Eliminating a travel lane would increase safety for those crossing and improve safety.

A third west bound lane was put in here which is not depicted here. This lane should be eliminated as it causes confusing and congestion for west bound vehicles approaching rotary. This lane merges at cross walk.

Elm St at Root Pl. This crosswalk and wide travel lane is dangerous. Vehicles treat this area as two east and west bound lanes when it is not, at least not marked as such. These lanes need to be thinned by extending the fog lines and widening the double yellow if possible to clearly indicate single lanes.

Road is wide enough to trim off unneeded travel lane width and allocate it to wider sidewalks/bike lanes.

Street is wide enough for a "road diet" to free up space for bike lanes/wider sidewalks.
