In numerous areas along Fiske Blvd. there are utility poles next to other utility poles, creating unsightly, and in some cases unsafe conditions. Recommend (where possible) consolidating all the utilities, lighting, etc. to the newest, strongest, least obstructing utility pole, and removing the others.

Nice sidewalk extending on the east side of N. Courtenay Pkwy, but then it suddenly ends at Via De La Reina, and doesn't start again until right in front of RaceTrac gas station, where it ends again, and there's no sidewalk until beginning again on the north end of the Barge Canal bridge. Recommend constructing an adjoining sidewalk on the same (east) side of N. Courtenay Pkwy from Via De La Reina extending north up to the existing side-walk located on the east side of N. Courtenay Pkwy at the north side of the Barge Canal where the side walk starts again.

Tropical Trail is a very popular bicycling road, but due to the fact that sidewalks are either missing, or not connected, and there are very few if any adequate and safe bicycling shoulders, it's one of the most dangerous roadways to ride a bicycle along. Recommend creating bicycle shoulders along the entire length of Tropical Trail.

Sidewalk ends at Easy St. Recommend creating a crosswalk, and constructing a sidewalk and bicycling shoulder that continues north along N. Tropical Trail.

Existing sidewalk extending north on the west side of N.Tropical Trail ends at the south side of Lucas Pl. There's a cross-walk on the north side of Lucas Pl. across N. Tropical Trail to the existing sidewalk that continues north along the west side of N. Tropical Trail, but there's a missing part of the sidewalk from the north side of Lucas Pl to the cross-walk.

Sidewalk on east side of N. Tropical trail ends in a few hundred feet, and this is the last safe crossing place to get to the other existing sidewalk on the west side of N. Tropical Trail. Recommend placing a sign indicating this at this cross-walk.

Sidewalk on east side of N. Tropical Trail ends here, but continues on west side of N. Tropical Trail. Recommend putting in a cross walk so Pedestrians can safely cross between the (2) sidewalks.

No sidewalk from SR520 down N. Tropical Trail forcing Pedestrians onto a very dangerous road. Recommend constructing a new sidewalk either on the east or west side of N. Tropical Trail to connect with existing sidewalks further north on Tropical Trail.

Nice sidewalk from SR520 along Courtenay Pkwy/S. Tropical Trail, but then it ends at Alameda Dr. forcing Pedestrians and Bicyclists onto S. Tropical Trail. Recommend extending the sidewalk and bicycle shoulder south along S. Tropical Trail down to Banana River Dr.

    (4) utility poles within 20' of each other, (3) of which obstruct the sidewalk. Why aren't all these utilities consolidated to the largest, strongest pole, and the other (3) removed?

    (2) utility poles within 4' of each other. (1) of which is obstructing the sidewalk. Recommend consolidating these utilities to the larger pole, and removing the obstructing one.

    (2) concrete utility poles within 6' of each other, (1) located in the middle of the sidewalk. Recommend consolidating these utilities to the pole which isn't obstructing the sidewalk.

Directly in front of Pine Crest cemetery, near the southern-most point there are (4) assorted poles located within 15' of each other, (2) of which obstruct the sidewalk. I'd recommend consolidating all the utilities, and the School Zone sign supports to the largest concrete pole, and removing the others.

Directly across from the Sunny Food store, on south Clearlake Rd., there are (3) poles (2 concrete, 1 wood) poles, 1 of which is located squarely in the middle of the sidewalk obstructing the sidewalk, and presenting a danger to Pedestrians/bicyclists. Recommend relocating all the utilities and the School Zone supports to the larger concrete utility pole, and removing the smaller concrete and wood poles.

Dangerous road (speeding, low visibility, no walk or bike paths) from Pluckebaum Rd. to SR520. Recommend a sidewalk on either side, and bicycle right-or ways (shoulders) on both sides.

Sidewalk ends with no crosswalk over Fiske Blvd. or over Martin Rd. Recommend extending this to Tuckaway Dr., and/or providing a crosswalk over Fiske Blvd., and extending it to Barnes Blvd.

Glad to see the sidewalks in good repair and connecting, but this crosswalk (and many others along Rockledge Dr.) isn't marked and needs to be.

Numerous utility poles obstructing the existing sidewalk. Recommend either burying these utilities and eliminating the unsafe, unsightly poles, relocating the utilities to newer poles off the walk/bike paths, or moving them.

There's a nice sidewalk from Rumor Ave. to Marlin Place, but then it just ends. Pluckebaum Rd. has already been identified as a dangerous road (speeding, blind spots, & Pedestrians/Bicyclists being hit), so it would make sense to increase safety as well as enjoyment by Residents to extend this sidewalk, and create a biking right-of-way along the length of Pluckebaum Rd. from Clearlake Rd. to Fiske Blvd.

A nice sidewalk was constructed when this apartment complex went in, but it just ends forcing pedestrians onto Saint Andrews Dr. just before a blind curve which increases the risk of being hit by a bicyclist or vehicle.
