  1. June 09 2017

up-hill bike lane on Indian Hill Rd.

  2. June 09 2017

Anything that can be done to make cycling safer and more accessible/user friendly for the general population should be done. We are becoming over weight and out of shape and thus increasing health care costs bec of chronic diseases due to the inactivity. Safer cycling options could decrease other costs like sky rocketing health care costs if people became more active and health conscious.

  3. June 09 2017

From Colfax to Norton Grade Road on hwy 174 is used by a lot of cyclist heading towards Gold Run and Alta. The pavement needs to be widened so it's safer for cyclists.

  4. June 09 2017

Placer Hills Road from Meadow Vista to Colfax is a popular route and could benefit from a wider bike lane. Especially as you get closer to Colfax

  5. June 09 2017

as many major roadways that are near shopping and eating areas

  6. June 09 2017

connect paths as much as possible

  7. June 09 2017

Olive Ranch Rd has deep ditches in places and no shoulder at all. Very heavy, fast auto traffic. Dangerous for bikes and walkers. Pipe ditches and pave edges of road.

  8. June 09 2017

The Shared use path between Commons Beach and fanny bridge should be completed asap. It should go up to and through the parking lot in front of Tahoe Marina Lakefront condos and down Macinaw rd. This would provide access from west Tahoe City.

  9. June 09 2017

South bound bike lane is needed on entire length of Wildcat.

  10. June 09 2017

The bike lane on Wildcat going North should be extended all the way from Bridlewood to Ranch View Dr. Forcing cyclists onto the shared use path here doesn't make sense and is dangerous due to higher speeds of bikes vs pedestrians.

  11. June 09 2017

Bike lane incomplete going westbound on Pacific. Just gravel and missing lane marking.

  12. June 09 2017

if really building a new state university, should have good bike lanes, not on traffic streets, make them separated from car traffic so they can be easily and safely used, I am all for getting them away from cars, like in the Netherlands, wide greenbelts are silly with narrow bike lanes on the road,

  13. June 09 2017

There are canals running around Auburn and North Auburn. Many of them already have maintenance paths alongside the canals. It would be so awesome to work with the water agencies to create paths much like the NID paths in Nevada City area. This would take people off the streets completely, and has the potential to connect Auburn to North Auburn and bring people into nature.

  14. June 09 2017

Placer Hills Road is a very popular road for cyclists. It has decent shoulders in many areas. It would be great to have Class II bike lanes here to connect Auburn to Meadow Vista and Colfax.

  15. June 09 2017

Create bike paths across the Placer Parkway and 65 extensions in this area - going north to Lincoln, and east to Rocklin. Otherwise this will become a total black hole for cyclists trying to commute to/from future development out here.

  16. June 09 2017

need a cross walk light for bikes south bound Barton at Douglas. If there are no cars bikes must wait or ride across to trip light on the pedestrian button on the east side. very dangerous.

  17. June 09 2017

Mt. Vernon is a beautiful road and is frequently traveled by cyclists. It's also a great connector from the city of Auburn to North Auburn (including DeWitt for bike commuters), but it is narrow without shoulders. A Class II bike lane would be ideal. Class III are kind of useless when it comes to safety.

  18. June 09 2017

A Class I or II bike lane from Folsom to Auburn, and from Auburn to Grass Valley is needed. I know many people who have been hit by cars while biking on AF Road, and there have been recent deaths as well.

  19. June 09 2017

Increased bike lanes are essential in Kings Beach. Creating a continuous path around the lake would be wonderful!!

  20. June 09 2017

There is an abrupt curb transitioning from the street to the bike lane. Please create a cut-out

  21. June 09 2017

For miles in the west bound direction the bike lane has a dangerous lip from a previous re-paving project that extended part-way into the bike lane. Please fix this!

  22. June 09 2017

This heavily travelled short eastbound section has no bike lane, and the existing bike lane abruptly ends in gravel.

  23. June 09 2017

Plesae add a sensor or button for bikes to cross here from Springview to 3rd St. (There is no crosswalk in this direction either)

  24. June 09 2017

Please fix this closed section. This is a much-used bike connection with no great alternatives

  25. June 09 2017

This is missing a connection to the path across the street.
