We need a safe way to cross 65
Westpark bike paths everywhere!
The bike loop to trigger the light going southbound on Foothill across Blue Oaks doesn't trigger (at least for me). I have no problems with any other bike loops, just this one. I hate to push the pedestrian cross button because it stops traffic for more than 30 seconds, but it's my only choice when no cars are around to trigger the light.
Crossing over 65 at blue oaks, pleasant Grove or galleria is a life threatening ordeal any time of day, every day. Bike lanes need huge improvements here, like a coned off Lane or something to protect us from distracted drivers. At any given time, drivers on their phones must be over 50%, which is clearly evident if you ride a bike there and see how many people swerve in and out of those lanes.
Designate more county roads as bike safe roads.
Bike and pedestrian paths through all Roseville area open spaces!
Would like signs for bike to ride single file. Sun City bicyclists ride this road regularly in large group and ride 2-3 abreast. The road can not accommodate this practice. There will be an accident. The law requires motorist to give 3 feet distance, but with riders riding abreast and not single file there is not enough space and with double yellow lines cars can not pass. Bike riders need to follow single file rules on roads.
Cirby Way between Rocky Ridge and Riverside. Need a Class II or better bike lane.
Atkinson St. between Vineyard and where it becomes PFE. Need a Class II bike path.
Vernon Street between Cirby and Riverside. Need a Class II bike path.
Street crossings - bike lanes do not have, connect or meet up with street crossings. Need better support for use - it's currently a pain to switch trails, especially w/kids in tow.
Connect library/dog park/open space and connect with trails to the north
continue bike lane into Lincoln
Continue paved path into nature center/mahany
Please connect trails together somehow
Please create a paved bike path within the wetland south of CVS (Fiddyment/Pleasant Grove) from Fiddyment Rd going east to the dog park/Mahany park (Woodcreek Oaks Blvd). We need a real bike path through this area.
Would love to see dedicated or separated bike lanes coming to the town square from various directions. With the frequency of events at the square and the number of residents living with biking distance, I think it could really encourage people to not only bike to the events, but to actually attend. Having little kids, I am not comfortable making them ride in narrow bike lanes beside speeding traffic.

Install route map kioisks and Placer County focused landmarks so that there can be an option to connect all area bike lanes for scenic routes.
