Oliver from Skyway to Valley View has always pedestrians walking, very dangerous, needs some sort of sidewalk. I don't walk there, but I'm concerned.

Blind hill on Bille Rd. between Stinson Ln. and Bike Path Crossing: Stinson Ln., Bowman Rd., Berkshire Way, Berkshire Ave. and the bike path all have blind access when trying to enter Bille Rd. Cars coming west, over and down the hill on Bille Rd. have no visual idea of what is in the roadway before they speed over and down the hill toward the Skyway. Drivers exiting Stinson Ln., Bowman Rd., Berkshire Ave. and Berkshire Way literally have only 1 second or less to dart out from one of these side streets and have absolutely NO Clue if an unseen car is a second from smashing into them. Then in winter when snow is on Bille Rd. at this hill, it becomes an uncontrolled toboggan ride with cars sliding out of control, unable to stop in time for unseen cars stuck, stalled or crashed above or below the blind hill. I have lived at this location on Bille Rd. for 22 years and it seems that the number of cars using this section of Bille has really increased over the past ten years, making access onto Bille Rd. from the side streets mentioned above more and more risky and life threatening to do.

Feather River Place and Feather River lane are cracked and buckled .The residents have been trying to patch it and now it is so uneven it's hard too even walk on. Perhaps it could be part of the project and be repaired to a smooth state again. please take a drive down the road and see for yourself.
    Thank you.

Speed bumps around the curve on Valley View are needed. Every house in this area has had a wrecked car in its front yard.

improvement for a right or left turn onto foster from buschmann would be nice. It is impossible to see without nosing your vehicle out into northbound foster traffic

This is for the Town of Paradise. I grew up in Paradise, and know that the majority of residents here are inactive. So many are against sidewalks and bike lanes. Any improvement that you can do on any street to encourage an active lifestyle and safe commuting via bike or foot is a win in my opinion. We don't have to keep Paradise "old fashioned" like many people may argue for. The charm of a bad road may be for those who only drive in their vehicles. A safe road however, will improve overall health and quality of an individual. I would like to see safe bike lanes similar to what was done to Pearson, done on many of the other arterial roads. I would like to see safe crosswalks for those who walk their dogs, and walk to the stores. This will not change Paradise, however it can help change the mindset of some of those in the community, and may even encourage more walking/ cycling by those who are too afraid to walk the streets due to how dangerous they are.

Find a way to improve visibility while making a left turn onto Bille from N. Libby Road. It's very difficult to see while traffic is flying through.

I appreciate the one lane on the 0.7 mile stretch of Skyway. I appreciate all the safe sections for Pedestrians to cross. I can still make a left turn onto Skyway from Honey Run, I just have to be patient. As a pedestrian who uses the crosswalks frequently, I would like to see more police patrol for writing tickets to those 4,5,6 cars who continue to blow through the crosswalk while the flashers are blinking. If folks weren't in such a hurry, the accident's wouldn't even matter through this small part. As soon as it's two lane again, the race begins.

Automated overhead lights on bike path from bottom to top- solar powered, and are on motion sensors with 5 minute run time. It will allow those who are physically active to be safe while using one of the towns best features.

Needs safety flashers for pedestrians/cyclists to cross. Automated ones similar to those in areas such as San Ramon on their rail trail would be really great. Look at the Iron Horse Trail. When your bike rolls over the sensor, it will automatically flash the lights at the intersection. I'm sure in little old Paradise, a button that we can push will work just fine as well, just like the ones on Skyway. I grew up in Paradise and the only section I will ride is on the bike path to go up to the trails/ dirt roads up out of Magalia. Every other road is a death trap, and I still take my chances crossing at these crossings, not knowing whether a person will actually stop for me after I'm already half way through. I know part of the problems is the uneducated drivers that are unwilling to stop at crosswalks.

Sawmill between Bille and Pearson has become a rough, pothole ridden nightmare and a hazard for pedestrians and bicyclists. Many folks walk from Stratton's Market to their homes, yet there is no place to walk or ride except the roadway. Autos regularly speed up ad down this road making an auto/pedestrian collision inevitable.

This one's pretty bad with people flying over the hill, not thinking that their may be someone walking or riding across the crosswalk

As an avid cyclist who uses Honey Run and lives off of Honey Run, it would be nice to have a small bike lane/safe walking side from the single lane section just below Little Grand Canyon, up to the top at Skyway. Paradise is a huge part of the local cycling community/scene. The Wildflower brings in a lot of money and cyclist's travel up to Paradise. People in Vehicles that live down off of Honey Run could care less about a cyclist in the road. If the eastbound lane was able to get just 1-2 feet of additional room, it would be a huge improvement for those cycling and walking to town.

Paint a crosswalk for those traveling from across the street to the park. Traffic is minimal, but it's surprising how many people fly through here even though it's right next to the police station

Now with Pearson road complete, I feel that connecting our Downtown to the Park with a proper sidewalk would be a huge improvement. It would encourage more people to walk between downtown and the park. Between Skyway to Black Olive, sidewalks, bike lane, and street lights.
