This entire stretch of Marshall Canyon Trail to Bonelli is perplexing. There is trail signage/markers but I do not feel safe riding inside a flood control channel.

We do not need separated bike lanes on the already over crowded Foothill Blvd! There are way more drivers of cars than bike riders.
The percentage of bike riders on Foothill Blvd through La Verne doesn't warrant spending this kind of money.

A Class II bike lane on Bonita is an excellent idea, allowing for connections to the Metrolink Station and to the bike path through Claremont!

I know there are concerns raised regarding coordination with CalTrans, but Foothill Blvd. is an important enough thoroughfare (esp. since it passes through most of La Verne's shops, grocery stores, and restaurants) to merit a protected bike lane. Adding bike lanes would still permit two lanes of car traffic in each direction.

Is there sufficient road width along D, for Parking and Class II lanes?

Most of this is basically traveling down a moss filled wash. Does this meet the definition of "Class 1 - Shared Use Path"? Possibly, it needs a different identifier to more clearly define its fit within the network?

If this section is going to be incorporated into the network as a Class I, then needed improvements need to be called out in the plan. In its current state, it is not a viable option for most casual users who would benefit most from a car-free trail.

Need to be more clear on what constitutes a "Class I Shared Used Path". This section is trail, appropriate for mountain bikes, hikers and equestrians, and is distinctly different than lower segments (eg. Wheeler Blvd), which much different.

This section of Fairplex is designated for Transit Oriented Development in the future. How will these users move from this area to Gold Line, Old Town and visa-versa? Would F Street be the connector?

Partner Project: This is a highly used route for cyclists and pedestrians circumnavigating Bonelli park. Should be designated as a Class III route.

If both B and D cross Walnut, (then deadend), should Walnut become the connecting East / West Class III for these?

Wouldnt any mid-block crossing of the extremely busy Arrow Highway be considered a bike-focused intersection?

Currently, there is no roadway over the rail tracks so this isn't viable. Is something being proposed that would allow this? Will Metro allow the crossing of tracks at this location?

If this is going to connect to a trail on the Live Oak Wash, then this is logical. if not, why would this go to a dead end?

Recognizing that student parking was a problem (prior to construction of the parking garage), can this gate be modified to allow residents to access Old Town? This functions as a barrier between older / established neighborhoods and the old town district/future Gold Line.

Major/expanding employer, and likely future heavy user of Gold Line. What would be the connected, low-stress route between this employment center, and the Gold Line, other destinations in the city?

This in-place ROW has often been proposed as a Class I connector between Gilead and a route to the Gold Line, or other areas of the city. Was this looked at?

Existing Class I between Puddingstone and rail tracks, deadends with no reasonable option available to continue. Money is being proposed in Gap Closure to improve the ramps and repaint, but this section would still deadend. What is being proposed to connect or make this viable?
