There is no crosswalk or traffic light on Max Brewer Memorial Parkway at the entrance to Sand Point Park. Hundreds of people cross the road here everyday. Handicaped people in wheelchairs and mobility scooters, mothers pushing baby strollers, and bicycles cross here. I have seen cars doing more than 60 mph through this intersection. I have pictures of a dead motorcyclist who was killed when he was making a left turn and a lady going about 60 mph drove over his motorcycle and killed him. People cross here to walk the bridge and just to go into Sand point Park. People have to cross 4 lanes total of traffic sometimes going over 60 MPH. They will cross 2 open lanes in 1 direction, then stand in the middle of the road waiting for the other 2 lanes to open up, before they can complete crossing the next 2 lanes. Drivers sometimes blow their horns because they are speeding.

The new design and construction of the intersection changes at the Indian River Ave and Garden Street is extremely dangerous. There was an accident caused because of 2 lanes being converted to 1 lane in both East and West directions. These changes make traffic too congested and unexpected traffic patterns because 2 lanes have been eliminated by a extremely useless island being constructed in the middle of the road. I saw another bad accident there on 5/18/20. There will be many more accidents if this intersection is not returned to the original design.

The light at Lake Washington/US1 to turn off US1 onto Lake Wash when heading north on US1 is timed terribly. You will often sit there for minutes while there is no oncoming traffic southbound on US1.

Knock down crossing signs in the road on all of A1A need to be removed. These were just installed and already are getting destroyed and replaced. It will be a continuous waste of taxpayer money. They are causing serious driving issues as people hit them and pieces fly off hitting other cars.RIdiculous idea.

Safe Routes To School section of pedestrian way needs realignment. It appears to motorists as if it a Right Turn deceleration lane.

Bike trail stops for a quarter mile then resumes in downtown. Very unsafe stretch of road. No bike lane and sidewalk is narrow and broken up. Not the kind of welcome a trail town should be portraying.

There needs to be a concrete sidewalk on the east side of A1A from the pedestrian crosswalk south to the beach access.
