Sidewalks/paths for walkers and bikers needed as this piece of land gets developed

With a wonderful new Frank Road with sidewalks east of Jackrabbit, it would be nice to have sidewalks/paths west of Jackrabbit as well in order to connect walkers and bikers all the way from River Rock area (and the future new school) to the east side of Belgrade

Many people already walk or bike along Thorpe and many more will, including children once the school is built by Frank Rd. so a safe path for walker and bikers is needed. Also, if there is a path, more and more people would utilize it and not be as reliant on vehicle transportation.

There needs to be a walking and biking path/trail all the way from the Gallatin River fishing access (Linney Road would be even better) to Jackrabbit.
Many people walk this road in all hours of the day and it's only going to get busier once the state land get's developedLiked 0 times -
Add a bus stop

keep sidewalks and bike lanes clear of debris. It seems like every time I walk or bike somewhere there is sand, gravel and even large rocks on the sidewalks and bike lanes. I have noticed this on Jackrabbit as well as Alaska Rd S and round-abouts

Difficult Visibility when trying to turn left from 13th to main.

Needs the over/underpass - the delays from the train will just get worse, and that doesn't even account for the times that the crossing arms are malfunctioning. Just an overall mess that encourages people to make bad decisions.

Rough intersection, especially when traffic is backed up on Jackrabbit

This section of road is way too narrow, with a steep drop on one side and (during much of the year), a rough edge/drop off on the other.

This is a dangerous spot with cars darting out across both lanes to travel East on Jackrabbit. The road is also very narrow here, so there isn't much room for error, which is just worse if the roads are slippery at all. This is true all the way from 13th through 7th.

A walking and biking path between Penwell Bridge Rd and Cruiser/Spooner (or Cameron) would connect Ryen Glen and other areas north of the airport with the rest of town. Separated would be best because of the speed on Dry Creek.

Agree about providing transit options from Belgrade to airport, especially for locals.

Cars drive way too fast from the west. Speeds should be reduced way before people get close to Bolinger.

Green right turn arrow here would help keep traffic moving and alleviate congestion.

There needs a red yellow green flashing light in front of CVFD station 1.

Walking/Bikung path ends abrubtly with no safe place to continue East into town.

No crosswalk.

No sidewalk or bike lane on southbound Jackrabbit.

It would be great to have a nice parking lot in this part of town. I think it would help attract more restaurants and shops.

Over or underpass for the train so it does interfere with traffic.

The crossing/stop sign at this intersection is sometimes tricky. The location of the stop line is so far back from the intersection that most vehicles stop in the middle of the crosswalk. Couple that with the Prescott Ranch sign on the right and the Altitude sign on the left, the driver can't see oncoming traffic without inching into the crosswalk.

It would be nice to see some form of public transit option from the airport to various quadrants of the City.

Needs guardrails especially by 13th street. There is a huge ditch that people could easily hit a patch of ice and slide right into.
