Dangerous mix of pedestrian/bike/vehicle traffic. Peds waling in traffic lane rather than sidewalk on west side.

Campus-wide. Lighting at crosswalks needs to be directed at the pedestrians waiting to cross, so they are clearly visible to oncoming drivers.
