Intersection will likely have issues once Walmart moves in

How many more vehicle trips are anticipated on Concord in 2035? I live just off Concord and use it daily, seems like plenty of capacity exists.
-
Sidewalk here is only on one side - sidewalk complete percentage seems high

The new bike path along the river side of McLoughlin is great, except for where it crosses SE 22nd. Cars come speeding off of McLoughlin onto 22nd and there is no stop sign, and not enough distance between their exit and the bike crossing for cars to see bikers and slow down. It would be much better if the bike lane crossing were moved south on 22nd. Even 10 feet would allow a little more sight and stopping distance.

I've heard talk of the light rail being canceled in Milwaukie. How can this be? I ride the bus to downtown every day and there are so many people who already use public transit, and so many more who would if max was available. Why would we choose to keep driving cars and paying expensive parking downtown, when light rail is an option. It will reduce waste of money, polluting gas and our dependency on foreign oil.

The Sunnybrook extension makes no sense. It hurts 3 creaks which provides beauty and educational opportunities and it hurts everything that is downriver of three creeks. It is also expensive, especially considering the minimal impact it will have on its supposed traffic problems.
-
Please save 3-creeks from any development or road extension. I visited it for the first time recently and it's a gem of a place! It's important to keep restoring it back to its native state!

Extending a bike/ped path along the north edge of 3 creeks to connect Rail Rd all the way to Sunnybrook.

Connect the North Ferguson Road to South Ferguson to improve traffic flow north and south. THis would be used mainly by local residents and would take some of the load off Beavercreek Rd.

Maybe they've stopped, but would someone tell the City of Milwaukie that photo radar was meant to enforce school and residential zones, and stop setting up on Hwy 224, a 50-mph zone. (No, I haven't received a ticket. It just annoys me Milwaukie is exploiting loopholes to get around the purpose of the law.)

Cars in turn lane from 224 westbound to Webster southbound often extend and block inside westbound lane of 224 during evening rush hour.
-
During evening rush hour, north bound traffic on SE Oatfield stops for every car waiting to turn left onto a side street or into a driveway.
-
Westbound traffic on Oak Grove Blvd. can be backed up into McLoughlin Blvd intersection by 1 car waiting to turn South onto East Ave.
-
No safe way to cross Rupert walking east or west from Oak Grove Blvd. (2 right-turn ok without Stop Signs) on this main walking route.

Realign Graves Road to Mulino Road per Mulino Plan.

Future cul-de-sac per Mulino Plan

Please remove the Sunnybrook extension from the TSP, and then ask Metro to remove it from the RTP. The surrounding communities do not want this road and it is a destructive way to waste tax dollars.
-
There is not near enough seating or shelter at this bus stop for all of the many people waiting to make transfers!
-
The Trimet bus stop needs to be here, not over by KFC. It makes so much more sense for it to be here, for easy connections to Amtrak! Ridership on the buses and trains would skyrocket as a result. A much better transit center than what's in Oregon City now could be built.
-
This bus stop is scary - little protection from bad weather and a feeling of vulnerability if you have to be there for more than 20 minutes - especially at night. Given how long transfers are at this bus stop, there should be better, protected seating.
-
Trying to walk on Stanley across the bridge over Johnson creek is terrifying. This bridge should be widened. We need sidewalks on Stanley!
-
Please consider converting privately maintained (public owned) gravel roads to paved county/city roads. Or provide/lend road maintenance expertise to assist the residents of these roads.
-
Please abandon Sunnybrook road extension entirely. It is an expensive project with little benefit to the community.
