Common Block Brewing is a great cycling friendly location for good food and brews

east bound bike lane on overpass has a huge lateral crack that needs to be repaved. Bumps like this cause flat bike tires and also pose a safety threat.

The opening of an additional lane west/south bound encourages motorists to cross the bike lane in the intersection with no regard to the presence of cyclists. It is extremely hazardous to cyclists.
Given that Two judges in the state of oregon have ruled that bike lanes do not exist within an intersection it is assumed that the state offers no legal protections for cyclists who are struck by motorists making a lane change within an intersection.Liked 1 time -
This residential neighborhood has no pedestrian or cycling facilities connecting it to local business, and/or other neighborhoods.
Once you are at the edge of the community there isn't even a sidewalk.Liked 0 times -
Cars drive far to fast on this road. there is no good reason that such a short road should be 5 lanes wide with such sub standard bike lanes.

It would be very helpful if there was a multi-use trail through the new development. It could connect to the new South Stage overcrossing and Bear Creek Greenway.

The northbound on street parking needs to be removed and bike lanes need to be placed here.

Keene Way has the capacity for bike lanes. There is and will be additional multi-family housing so this would be a good addition to the City of Medford bike lane network. This is part of the soon to be Keene Way bike boulevard.

This would be a helpful multi-use path connection given that this is one an important Central Medford to NE Medford corridor. It also connects Bear Creek Greenway/Hawthorne Park with the Medford Center and Providence Hospital (via the Royal Ave bike lanes)

There was a serious recommendation by the City of Medford Bike and Walk committee to complete the Larsen Crieek bike trail from the Green way to Phoenix Road. That would have been an excellent addition to bike and pedestrian travel. It has been completed from the Green Way to Ellendale and from Black Oak to Murphy. The right of way is still apparent in some areas between Murphy and the Phoenix Highway, but is completely blocked by a duplex at Olympic. If completed it would constitute an excellent safe transportation route for bikes and pedestrian transportation. It appears that it would be able to join a bike and pedestrian trail in a rapidly growing subdivision on the east side of Phoenix Hy. Bike transportation into downtown Medford from these areas would be greatly aided by the completion of this long ago City of Medford recommended Bike and pedestrian trail. It also relieve congested auto traffic on Black Oak in the area of St. Mary's H.S. and provide safe access to the school for student who wish to go by bike.

I have found myself here with the intent to walk along Crater Lake Highway. I soon found myself in the middle of insurmountable traffic and was forced to double back to here.

A pedestrian trying to get from Fortune Drive up Siskiyou Blvd finds no clear safe path to safely cross Willamette, or to walk on Siskiyou.

Taylor Rd common route for bikers and runners; no shoulder whatever - very dangerous. Putting ditches underground a first step.

Many apartments and houses need access to the Medford Center area and shopping and hospital. Lack of sidewalks on Stevens, Spring, and Wabash keep people walking in the street or the gravel shoulder where the cars have narrow lanes. There is no bike lanes here either.

I often walk the dog and the sidewalks going south on Murphy Road are not on the west side of the road so I end up walking in the road.

Better signage along Bear Creek Greenway, biking distances to Key Destinations like Schools, Shopping, Restaurants etc... Connect the Greenway to the city through signage and better connections.

Need bike facilities on Central Ave, many bicyclists are riding on the sidewalk creating unsafe conditions. I would like to see bike lanes along Central Ave.

The "Sharrows" found on Riverside are ineffective, while the Sharrow is painted on the travel lanes along Riverside the biking conditions are unsafe and not welcoming to vulnerable users. The actual speed of traffic is higher than posted, as is built bikes are just thrown into traffic with no real bike infrastructure across this very important in-town N-S travel corridor. I would like to see bike lanes along Riverside with green striping in conflict zones and greater enforcement of traffic violations, with improved signage to Bear Creek Greenway.

The crossing over i5 on Hwy 62 heading to the mall is unsafe, might be improved by better lane markings.
