I bike frequently to downtown Medford from my home. Table Rock Rd is shortest route, but unsafe in several places, especially the I-5 Overpass. Now with Costco and increase in traffic, this route will be off limits most times. Lack of access to bike path off TR Rd another obstacle.

Access to the roads east of the freeway from the Greenway bike path is currently dangerous and needs a bike lane.

With regard to the "Walkers and single cyclists feel threatened" comment, We can engineer solutions, but any lasting solution must include all cities along this route.

The first step is to treat Bear Creek as a "commons" and proactively provide alternatives for those that live on the commons.

Please inc. bike/ped safety to and around all schools to encourage non-motorized transportation. If families feel roads are safe for bike/ped, that will help encourage usage.

Difficult biking on Crater Lk. Ave. due to high traffic vol./speed. N. Keene Wy./Honeysuckle could be alternate bike route but people need to find path connection btwn them. Connection to McAndrews not good. Bike lanes on N. Keene might get bikers to use that.

Very few crosswalks or controls for safe crossing of Hwy 99. There are residents on both sides of Hwy who are trying to catch bus, etc. I regularly see peds dashing across 4 lanes, waiting in center lane, etc. Is there data for ped/vehicle incidents along this stretch? Looks treacherous for peds crossing, and they do cross.

It would be nice to be able to connect to Greenway here instead of going to Densmore overpass entrance by Best Western or finding difficult to see entrance on Alba Dr.

Alot of heavy/fast vehicle traffic though there is a bike lane (thank you). Intersections/lights require bikers to push ped crossing button sometimes. Some bikers ride on sidewalk because traffic fast but that results in conflicts w/peds. Heavy ped/bike use on this overpass.

North Applegate Rd. In JACKSON Co. is in the heart of wine and weed country. It’s a narrow winding country lane. It’s a favorite for bicyclers hoping to avoid busy 238, but so dangerous. There are few shoulders, lots of curves, and way too many drivers who think no one else is on the road.
Improving it by widening, smoothing out some curves and adding a bike lane would make it safer for all users.

This intersection get the all time award for the most dangerous in the whole state of Oregon. It needs a signal or a all way stop. The current way of just having some stop and some not stop does not make sense, especially for out of towners.

Where bike lane makes the turn at S. Stage and Griffin Creek, the solid white lane should be broken up so car traffic doesn't think the biker will always make the turn. They might head straight.

Jackson street needs widening for bike traffic. It has less traffic than Main street

At Sage and Rossanley, the bike lanes become so large at the intersection that cars use them as right turn lanes. They need to be marked as bicycle lanes at the intersection.

While trying to cross 238, traffic making a right turn from N Ross Ln to 238 does NOT stop for people in the cross walk. The signal needs to be modified to protect pedestrians.

The new Phoenix Interchange has been good for connecting bicycles to Foothill Rd from the Greenway. Well Done !!!

I work out at Superior Athletic Club, but often cannot make the round trip from my Ashland home. Hence, I use RVTD to shorten the distance and increase my range WITHOUT a car.
