Park Marina should be 3 lanes and bike lanes or a east side cycle track with its own light phasing at the 44 on ramp.

Remove or rebuild the palm tree medians that were built wider than specifics and not corrected making the bike lanes non-existent. People should come before palm trees!

Placer hill and connecting into the new project that is starting this spring should be 3 lanes with bike lanes, very few people park along here and it would be safer for motorist pulling onto placer or making turns off of placer.

Single misplaced sharrow needs to go or the treatment needs to continue all the way to the river trail as the shoulder becomes mostly parked up, also please add "bikes may use full lanes" signage.

On the high speed descent of highway 299 there are a series of drainage grates placed directly in the shoulder, this is very unsafe.

Continue the view trail to hilltop behind Sports LTD and either redo the aging overpass or build a bike-ped bridge and connect it up with the hopeful upper hilltop cycle track on the SW side.

At the very least upper hilltop should have no parking on the shoulders except where wide enough for both parking and bikes.

It should be a 3 lane configuration with protected bike lanes or a cycle track on the SW side

Boyle Rd Needs shoulders, it is a connection that could be really nice, connecting east redding to Palo Credo/Millville.
