Sidewalk Facility Gap
The I-5 crossing at Lombard feels unsafe for pedestrians. Many people who live north of Lombard cross I-5 on the north side of the street where there is no pathway because there's no safe crossing of Lombard nearby. There should be a safe way to cross I-5 on the north side of Lombard.

There should be marked crosswalks every few blocks. This intersection was identified as needing a marked crossing in the Lombard Re-Imagined plan, based on neighborhood comments/requests.

This off-set intersection needs more crosswalks, There should be a marked crosswalk on the east side of the intersection of Penninsular & Lombard. There should also be a crosswalk at the west side of Villard Ave & Lombard, for easier access to the transit stop. This corner is turning into a strong commercial hub and deserves extra attention. This intersection was identified in the Lombard Re-Imagined local plan.

Sidewalk Meets Standard
This intersection was identified as a concern in the Lombard ReImagined plan. The very rounded corner on the west side of Greeley encourages drivers to make fast right turns, while pedestrians have a much longer intersection to cross. Square off this corner.

Need a crosswalk at this location. People need to reach transit stops on opposite sides of the road. Also, people coming from north of Lombard should be able to safely get to the south side of the freeway overpass which currently has the wider sidewalk.

Add a marked crosswalk to this location so that people using this transit stop can make it across the street safely. There is no other marked crosswalk for several blocks.

A marked crosswalk is needed at this location - the gap between marked crossings along this section of Lombard is very long.

N Montana Ave needs a marked crosswalk - it is directly across the street from a major essential destination (Fred Meyer grocery store). People who are coming from the north or who are crossing I-5 on the north side of Lombard need a way to get across the street safely & conveniently

There are so few marked crossings here on Lombard, this would be a good location to add one. It was identified in the Lombard ReImagined plan a few years ago.

Interstate, freeway, or expressway
The complete lack of regard for people trying to cross the freeway here on foot or bicycle is really sad. Please add safe crossings here, people already walk across it anyways, might as well make it safe and welcoming.

There are so few crossings on North Lombard through these neighborhoods, this would be a good spot to add one.

I would love a side walk all the way from downtown Tigard to Cook part. Hall blvd is so busy and the cars go so fast its hard to have my kids walk on that street.

Sidewalk Meets Standard
Repost from Bike Map: All of SW Hall Blvd needs an overhaul. A lot of this deadly road is a north/south road which is rare on the west side of the metro area. This road needs multi-use paths, street trees, mid-block crosswalks, lower speed limits (35 instead of 40), and stormwater management.

Please add signage directing pedestrians to the trail into Cook Park.

Crossing Needs
Please make this crossing easier to navigate for folks with physical limitations. I see lots of older folks, wheelchairs, etc. using this particular intersection and it is a very long way to cross. Can be dangerous for folks when cars are cutting through the crosswalk to take turns onto Pacific Hwy.

Sidewalk Facility Gap
My daughter catches PPS Bus #103 heading west on Canyon Rd every morning at 7:15, while my high school student waits for a safe break in traffic to cross Canyon and catch Tri-Met to Lincoln heading eastbound. He counts on cars to obey the law and stop when the school bus flashes red lights while picking up elementary school kids. So, often, the school bus driver has to slam on her horn as cars ignore the law and speed into town, just as my son and other students are trying to "safely" cross and catch Tri-Met.

Please connect Tigard High School with the Tigard Public Library. This should be a top priority. This will serve many underrepresented groups in Tigard. Sidewalks to Book Babies!

The city now supposedly has suggested moving the route for Bus #58 to go along Canyon Lane. This is an impossible and unrealistic idea, as for all residents east of Canyon Road and all residents in the Copel Park/Benz Park areas, there is NO PUBLIC ACCESS TO CANYON ROAD. None. This would entail everyone walking up Canyon Rd - with only a few hundred feet of sidewalk on one side of the road - to get up to the intersection of Canyon Lane and Canyon Road. The hundreds of people who cannot get to Canyon Lane safely/legally/easily were not considered in this new idea. This is getting absurd - at the very least, consider sidewalks and lighting and don't tell us it will take seven years of study and budget to get to that point.

7th Ave bridge for bikes and peds should be a priority. It's a major undertaking, but desperately needed to bridge the gap between SE and NE Portland.
