Shut down vehicular access to some of the downtown roads to increase pedestrian comfort. Provide additional parking.

This may be a bit of a pipe dream but if Madison could connect to Herndon parkway that would be great. Maybe as a one way coming from madison to the parkway

This light has started going red when no one is coming out of the parking lot. Very bizarre

Connect these two roads. Parcher avenue has 5,000 people who live off of it and have one way in and out

Looks like this is technically outside of TOH but this light has a brutally long cycle and we still be on cycle late at night. Results in a lot of run red lights. Should be better monitored and also would be fix by alleviating the parcher avenue bottleneck
