Traffic moves very fast through this park. A calming island would be very helpful to slow people down and give pedestrians a place to wait to cross.

8th & Resseguie: Parking offsets on all the corners for visibility. It’s awesome that Hollywood Market Yoga is doing so well, but the intersection is virtually a blind one during business hours. Kids coming and going from school regularly use this crosswalk.

9th & Sherman: A pushbutton flashing crosswalk needs to be installed here. Countless cars drive through the crosswalk while kids are coming and going from school. There have been multiple near accidents in the last several months. The addition of condos at the top of Sherman will only add to the traffic and danger.

The road is extremely narrow at the intersection. Cars are usually parked here; for the apartments, retail, and gas station. People unfamiliar with the area typically stop in the middle of the street when waiting for a break in traffic. These people are unaware how wide their car is and take up room in the oncoming lane. Traffic then gets congested because a car with the right of way can't turn down the street taken up by the unfamiliar driver. Please make this a 4-way stop and widen the road the way it is one block on either side of 13th on Brumback.

The lane marker paint has not been reapplied since ACHD did a chip seal 5 years ago. This causes cars to drive down the center of the road. The crosswalks it Longfellow school also have not been repainted nor hav the line on the speed bumps all the way up 9th. Crosswalks on 8th need to be repainted to be more clear for cars and pedestrians.

8th & 9th streets are major traffic routes through the N. End. These are narrow streets with a lot of traffic. Bicyclists should be encouraged to ride on different streets; 7th or 10th for example. Slow bicyclists make it difficult for cars to get around, especially when families are riding spread out and going very slow with small children. I commute to work by bike and I live on 9th. When it comes to bicycle safety and traffic flow this is a hazard waiting to trouble.

For "upper" 15th, between Park Hill and Hill: reduce speed limit to 25 mph (as Highlands View is), buffer or protect bike lanes, and add cross-walks.

bike riders all over the city are a nuisance -- there are too many to us to be able to drive safely on city streets
bikers don't stay in their lanes, especially along Hill Rd -- they do not stay inside bike lanes & ride 2-3 abreast, blocking traffic
don't they bear some safety responsibility for themselves?

Side walks uneven, breaking up and causing trip hazards.

Traffic gets so so backed up here for blocks every single morning. Please consider a traffic circle or separate right-turn lanes to clear it out.

No sidewalk from the fire station to the church on either side of Cartwright in an area heavily used by walkers, including kids going to Highlands. Also, too many people treat the Simplot hill as a dog park - there have been multiple attacks.

This area provides access to 8th street and Hull's Gulch but there are no sidewalks and there will be high traffic once (if?) Highlands Cove is built. Better lanes for biking also needed.

Please consider lights at this blind and dangerous intersection! Cars come racing around the corner on Hill Road, and you can't seem them until it's too late.

Too many out of control dogs! Ours has been attacked several times and we can no longer walk here safely.

I love walking and biking on 26th and would prefer to see the nice wide, shaded streets maintained as they are, and not narrowed for sidewalks. I always feel safe with the room for cars, bikes, and walkers.

Roadside ditch was recently repaired leaving no shoulder and little space outside the fog line. this is a blind curve on a hill that is heavily used by bikers and runners (and cars often exceed the speed limit). A designated lane or improved shoulder is necessary.

Coming from the north down from the 28th St trailhead, the intersection is nearly impossible to get through. The concrete barriers on the NW corner completely block the view of EB Hill Road traffic, while traffic turning off of Hill onto SB 28th backs up the single lane on Hill. It takes me 5+ minutes to get out of the dead end almost every time, and that's only after dangerously inching out into traffic to look around the concrete barrier and having to backup and start again. It's not much better trying to enter/cross Hill coming from 28th to the south. There's so much unregulated congestion at this intersection that it becomes very unsafe for people using the bike lanes as well.

Short signals activated by cars on 28th both north and south of Hill would GREATLY improve the use and safety of this intersection, especially as more foothills development occurs and Hill Road traffic increases. Thanks for your time.

Please put in a round bout here or at least better signalling. I can't count the times I have been almost hit by someone turning on the wrong side of the island.

Harrison is a popular place for people to bike. It is very scary as a driver to pass these individuals. With parked cars next to them and the middle divide next to the driver, there is not much room. Perhaps a bike lane would be helpful?

BIke lanes from 15 St. (and elsewhere) should connect to the downtown CORE so people can use bike lanes from N. Boise all the way downtown and back.

Braemere is utilized by many children every day to get to/from school also to/from Crane Creek in the summer. Use of bikes would increase with the installation of bike lanes.

The bike lane on 15th street ends at Fort with no outlet in any direction. Recommend bike lines on Fort as well as linkage to southbound lane on 16th St.

Traffic is too fast heading south on hill/13th at the intersection of Irene. Need way to slow and caution drivers of pedestrians crossing to park.
