Trying to turn left out of the Crossroads neighborhood is a nightmare and accidents waiting to happen. There is no center lane to turn and wait in until it is clear. Crossing 6 lanes of FAST traffic is scary, now imagine doing it multiple times a day. Thank you for your time.
-
Delay activation of Concord St. light sensor to coordinate with cross traffic on Warner Rd.
This would be ideal for all sensors non-artirial lights -
This is a death trap for bicycles. Lanes narrow and no bike lane is present. Please consider adding a bike lane for cyclists.

Too bad they did not put in a turn lane going south when they redid the road. A lot of cars turn right into the car wash/circleK and it is dangerous when cars get backed up waiting for people to turn.
-
There needs to be a left (westbound) turn signal at this light to get into the parking lot. Making this left turn can be hazardous.

A road diet or median down houston could provide shade for pedestrians and cyclists, slow traffic, and make it safer for the residents living in the houses facing the street. Pedestrians and cyclists could use the street a lot more.

Concerned in general about the population size in Gilbert and the various amounts of transportation actual utilization (mostly cars) in addition to the network of roadways. At most times cars are pushed to use arterials because there is not a network of smaller roadways to navigate through an area and it results in heavy congestion. It would be great if smaller connector roads were thought about when planning neighborhoods. What is the percentage of utilization of the different transportation modes for similarly sized cities? Do those cities have better light rail/commuter rail/bus transportation than Gilbert?
-
Do not remove the on street parking spaces, they were put there for a reason. Change the speed limit to 35 and provide additional roads in this area that provide relief and a better network.

Multi use path to connect Zanjero Park to Discovery Park and Cosmo Park.
