Need more benches and trees around the walking paths.
-
The trail used to be better with shade trees. A lot of those were removed this past year. More shade trees and benches along the walking paths around McQueen Park would be great!
-
We desperately need a stoplight here! There is a lot of new drivers going to the high school and with the Hugh rates of speed coming up and down Riggs road doing 60+ it makes it very dangerous for anyone trying to get in and out of the Seville neighborhood
-
A signal is needed at Val Vista and Los Alamos. The rate of speed and frequency of accidents has increased. With a neighborhood school that is the entrance that most use and exit from. Please help slow down the speed on Val Vista
-
Right turn only lanes needed for all directions.
-
Signal changes often when there's no cars leaving the training center to even trigger it causing traffic to slow down on Power.
-
It takes so long to cross Gilbert road as a pedestrian or bike rider. Would love to see alternative modes of transportation prioritized.
-
Very dangerous intersection at larkspur and Warner. Close exit from lifetime fitness on to Warner and or put a stop sign or lights at larkspur
-
Could we get a cross walk painted here?
-
Street racing nightly leaving the regional park, atv, trucks, and cars participate. They go over and over on a loop.
-
Engine braking daily from a hay hauling truck, happens a minimum of 4 times during the day between 9 am and 1 pm. It is incredibly loud, illegal, and a public nuisance.
-
Left turn lanes on Germann need to be shifted so that drivers can see oncoming traffic. These lanes line up in such a way that you can't see if there are cars coming when you turn left.

-
Right turn lanes need to be added in the northbound and southbound directions. Right turns during rush hour greatly reduces the traffic capacity of the intersection.
-
The posted speed limit (25 mph) south along Gilbert is not realistic. It should be increased to 35 mph from Elliot to Rawhide. South of Rawhide should be 45 mph.
-
Intersection improvements are needed. The lack of eastbound and westbound right-turn lanes really limit through traffic during rush hours.
-
The traffic on Burk can run a little fast, and considering the wideness of the road, a median with trees could help calm traffic and provide some shading to the area, which would be nice considering that many pedestrians and cyclists already use it because of its decreased speed.
-
This are would be convenient for a passenger rail station, considering the proximity to the Williamsfield bus system
-
As EVs become more prevalent, put Electric charging points in the parking lots. People spend long times at destinations like this, a perfect place to have a charging point.
-
More north/south routes for valley metro would be nice, or any sort of transit that connects big points in Gilbert, like San Tan mall, Gilbert town square, and downtown.
-
The bus route should go down to Warner rather than Elliott so riders can have access to all the stores in Gilbert, like Frys, Target, Dennys, Home Depot, etc. Maybe even connect to the Gilbert Town Centre?
-
This should not be a school zone, it makes traffic slower for no reason.
-
Change the Speed Limit back up from 25!!
