This area is very congested due to the elementary school to the west of Lindsay, and Appleby and Layton Lakes blvd all converging. Also Lindsay turns into one lane just south of Appleby Road. It's very dangerous and I'm concerned for the safety of the families coming and going from the elementary school

Gilbert is host to a section of the Maricopa Trail, which should be highlighted when considering amenities and improvements to trails in the Town.

Make a path under the Higley Rd bridge to connect Gilbert Regional park to the Queen Creek Wash path (also encourage use of the existing Maricopa Trail along QC Road)

Higley High School traffic congestion. Need traffic calming or some sort of signal to help with the intense congestion around school day start/end times and provide a safe crossing at the Pecos bridge for the kids - that would also benefit walkers and cyclists. Pecos road has high speed traffic and is dangerous to cross unless walking to the light at Recker

Could a crossing trail be created under the Germann Rd bridge? It might feature warning signs about not crossing if water is present. Such signs are used in other places where a flood channel is used for a crossing, like Tucson's Loop Trail, for example

Bridge or some sort of bilek access to the canal/path from neely. Multiple people walk along the tracks from neely to access the canal path. I'd like to see it safer for everyone especially with downtown growing

would be nice to have bus service all the way to south gilbert. Higley especially since it covers many schools, shopping areas and a large hospital/medical center/drs offices.

The westbound left turn lane to enter the 202 freeway is constantly clogged with traffic all the way to the two previous intersections. Better traffic control is necessary.

Williamsfield and Recker approaching this intersection have been slowed to 25mph posted speed limit.
I understand this was for a special development that would have taken advantage of on street parking.
So far, this area is just turning into standard apartments and shopping/grocery stores. If this is going to be the new vision going forward, the on street parking should be removed and speed limit restored to 45mph.
Besides, nobody obeys they new limit except when they see a police officer.
