extremely limited vision at intersection due to overgrown small trees, bushes & weeds. You have to inch out onto 8th St to turn from either Ransom Rd or Sutton Creek Rd.
This road is lawless. Drivers constantly use the middle turning lanes for passing, including the school zone when the lights are flashing. Tractor Trailers are a new problem, often backing up traffic or speeding themselves. It is dangerous for the residents that live close to the highway, and accidents are plenty. Something has to be done - add stop lights and prohibit 18 wheelers. They have plenty of other roads meant for truck traffic - instead of taking short cuts

Lanes should be marked on the road in a more practical way, so people know how to merge better from two to three lanes: the lanes going left, straight, or right. There should be 3 lane markings on the road a longer distance from the intersection, especially going north. Right now, the lane markings do not match traffic flow on approach to the light, and those going north have to straddle over the two lane marking!
Need better timing on these lights on Wyoming Avenue from Exeter to West Pittston for better traffic flow, to end congestion, and reduce pollution!
Lane markings need repainting. Very poor to see, not good for visitors to the area. If you are driving in the passing lane, the lane does not align well through this intersection, where you have to drive slightly to the right as you enter the passing lane on the other side of the light heading towards the VA
Site of future D&L Trail crossing - being developed by PennDOT and Laurel Run Borough currently. Vehicle speeds and large trucks a concern here.
Site of future D&L Trail Crossing
D&L Trail crossing of Berwick Street needs more visibility. Limited sight lines due to topography
Safety improvements for D&L Trail users along Main Street needed
Street crossing of D&L Trail is not well marked for vehicles - need more approach signage
The red light of the left hand traffic light is out at the intersection where a right turn is made from Mundy St. onto Kidder St.
Intersection T-712 ( Gates Rd) and Lr40059 (Chase Rd) Shavertown. Exiting from T-712 onto Lr40059 the tree branches to the right ( south) prevent clear vision of oncoming traffic until front of car has moved well onto Chase Rd onto the near lane of oncoming traffic
There needs to be a traffic light installed ASAP, very dangerous spot.
2 foot deep pot holes
There is no traffic light here, and there are many drivers who attempt left-hand turns off of East End Blvd./Valley Crest Blvd. This is worse since the construction on the Valley Crest property, since large trucks are coming and going. These large vehicles decrease visibility.
Bear Creek Blvd is riddled with potholes from Mundy St to the end. The lane markings are faded or nonexistent. Drivers often veer into opposite "lanes" to avoid the potholes. The light at Mundy turning off Bear Creek Blvd. allows for turning left from the left lane or the middle lane, and right from the right lane or the middle lane. Lack of legible directionals is very dangerous. This is complicated by the light allowing traffic out of the VA, which is at an awkward angle. This area is frequented by people from out of town who how visiting the VA, who are not familiar with the roads. Drivers also often turn left in areas that do not allow left turns, which is dangerous. The speed limit on this road is 25 mph; drivers often exceed this.
SR309 NB needs a dedicated left turn lane onto S Main Rd since it is a major access to I-81. Also, vehicles travelling SB have little sight of NB vehicles turning left. No need for a passing zone going downhill, either.
Very fast and aggressive drivers through this area where the speed is still 35mph, before it bumps up to 55 mph.
The 2 back-to-back roundabouts at the airport exit need better signage. If I'm trying to get to PETRO - I have no idea what the street name is, I think having PETRO / Street name would help. As someone who has no issues with roundabouts - this one is confusing due to the signage.
The speed limit on this bridge is 35 mph, but regularly cars travel 55-75 mph - it's less than a mile in length and too dangerous to be that fast. One accident and that can potentially send cars careening into the river. Would like to see better speed reduction tools on this bridge.
Need better warning signs of curved road for people unfamiliar.
Roadway eroded. Dangerous situation. Have to cross yellow lines to navigate through.
Pothole everywhere
North Cross Valley Expressway needs to be resurfaced going over the Susquehanna River.
