Speed, speed, speed!!! Limit is 25. Cars doing 65 or more. Then crashing a 1/2 mile down the road. Fence in neighbors yard has been replaced 3 times for cars almost ending up in their home!

    The whole Sans Souci parkway.
Speed bumps and potholes that ruin the alignment in your car. And if you slow down to miss it you may have someone reared you because they are doing over 45 mph. Pur more lights in, lower the speed, or repave the road.

A light is DESPERATELY NEEDED here!!! This area is EXTREMELY dangerous. My sister nearly died in an accident at this very spot due to a speeder coming from the Blvd as she was turning towards Parsons. She never even saw the guy because he was going so fast.

Vaughn St has long been known as the "LIS" or the "Luzerne International Speedway" and myself and the rest of the residents of this street are tired of it! There have been way too many close calls with children almost getting hit, cyclists, and residents pulling out of driveways! This is DANGEROUS! We worry about drivers losing control and even hitting one of our homes, because they drive at such a high rate of speed. Something must be done!

Needs an all ways stop when the pedestrian button is activated. Cars do not respect the pedestrian right of way here, especially those turning left from downtown to WB BLVD

Turning from Market on to Kennedy Blvd is treacherous as there is minimal sight line down the road to look for oncoming traffic! Especially from the closest lane on Kennedy which is the lane to turn left onto Market St. The sight-line issue causes Market St drivers to nose-out into Kennedy to see before they turn, which then further affects those making the tight left off Kennedy onto Market. Maybe a signal is needed at this intersection, otherwise a redesign of the corner of CVS's parking lot to allow for better sight-line down Kennedy.

Left turn lane needs to be more clear. The amount of close calls from people driving straight from the turn lane is an accident wait to happen.

There should be a side walk so people can walk safely. I recall someone being hit here recently. There are a bunch of shops (wegmans, price chopper, Malacari’s, etc) that aren’t accessible for pedestrians. I often am driving to wegmans at night and when passing Home Depot see people dressed in all black walking and I’m afraid I or someone else will hit them.

Drivers do not seem to be aware that traffic coming from the Rutter Ave bridge and 309 exit do not have a stop sign at this intersection. Cars coming from Welles Street and Rutter Avenues often run the stop signs or pull out in front of oncoming traffic. Many near misses and accidents have occurred. Turning or traveling through this intersection is dangerous.

Clarks Lane and Bowl Complex Rd. There is heavy traffic on these roads in a residential area, and excessive speeding on both. Signs state 20 and 15 mph respectively, though few obey. There are several stop signs which most people simply run. In addition, off-road (ATVs/dirt bikes, etc) constantly drive these at high speeds, even through intersections and vandalize public property.
