Ben needs an ADA ramp too.

Parked cars, bikes, and moving vehicles on Harrison are a bad and dangerous mix. I think the speed limit should be reduced to 25 mph, the center decorative islands should be removed to increase visibility to bikes and pedestrians crossing Harrison, put in a turn lane in the center to help keep traffic flow moving, and either remove street parking or give bikes a better corridor for commuting (like 15th Street).

Improve the lanes or add a bike box for cyclists trying to cross State. The one lane (31st) to two (WW) means cyclists get right-hooked trying to cross State.

No new sidewalks please! Please keep this street as it is. 26th is one of the few remaining free-flow streets with natural calm beauty left in the North End. Its horse pastures and large old trees make it special. Please don't add a bunch of stop signs or speed bumps or pull out trees to add sidewalks. There are many other parallel options nearby (28th, Harrison, etc) if people need those extra amenities for their route. Please please leave this one as it is. Drivers, walkers, and bikers of 26th are are very respectful of each other's speed, space, and safety.

It's so hard to cross or enter Hill Road here. By bike or by car. The traffic from uphill Hill Road just keeps coming and coming while we're all stuck on 28th waiting. It has bad visibility too. You have to pull way out past the stop sign before you even see if cars are coming. Push buttons for walkers/bikers and lights for traffic would be good here to give everyone a safe chance.

The sidewalks here need to be fixed! I am the home owner, and all other side walks on these corners have easy access ramps. The NE corner of Alturas and 14th does not. Everyday I watch children, adults, people with strollers, ADA folks and others struggle here. Please put ramps in on this corner.

Drivers run through these stop signs all the time. There should be some traffic calming measures along the street.

26th St. needs traffic calming methods such as speed bumps, green stormwater with bulbouts and other methods to slow down traffic. I am afraid that if the street is widened and sidewalks installed, traffic will only go faster. My son and I walk/bike this street every day and I generally feel safe without the sidewalks but drivers need to slow down.

Even with the park, the partial sidewalks, the traffic calming, cars are still speeding up and down Irene. Put in some of those short but obnoxious speed bumps. PLEASE!

26th street needs sidewalk and parallel bike path. more speed limit signs, and traffic calming.

The section of 8th Street from Lemp to the Foothills Learning Center needs speed bumps and other speed-reducing strategies to protect against collisions in such a heavily-used area with blind corners. There are many large vehicles hauling ATV trailers and the like that greatly exceed the speed limit and make it dangerous for pedestrians and cyclists to use this route.

Add a gate so hikers and bikers don't have to crawl under the vehicle gate when going to/from Ridge Crest and 3 Bears

The path from Bogus Basin Rd to Hillway Rd could be made entirely on Boise City property (starting behind Highlands Hollow). This path could be widened and graded to make a safe path for children accessing schools (Washington Elementary, etc) from the Hillway neighborhood.

Extend the bike lane all the way to Whitewater Blvd. This is a main east-west bike lane for the West End.

Cartwright road is used by bicycles mainly for recreational purposes, very few commuters. Bicycles need to pay for any additional needs on this roadway. I for one am sick of removing space for vehicles to travel for recreational desires of others.

As a home owner on 26th with kids, I don't think sidewalks on this street are the answer to providing a safer place for our children. As one travels the northend they quickly realize the alternating stop signs. On 26th st from State to Sunset there are only 3 stop signs for this entire span. I am simply amazed at how fast cars will try and go. If we alternate every other block with stop signs this will greatly slow traffic. There are better through streets one could choose. If not stop signs then more speed bumps, like the ones on Ellis.

Sidewalks are needed on the full length of East and West Highland Drive, especially if the new subdivision will be developed at the end of Highland View Drive.

I would like more stop signs and more speed bumps on 26th to slow cars down. I think if there were at ton of stop signs and speed bumps cars using 26th to get to hill or state would reroute to 28th. Adding sidewalks on 26th st would be expensive and wouldn't necessarily slow cars down. An additional stop sign on 26th/bella or 26th/hazel would be helpful

Although the bikes lanes have assisted, 36th street north of Hill Road has extensive pedestrian and bike traffic. Is there any way to partner with the City-owned golf course for a better walking path along the edge of 36th?

Close off Hyde Park between Brumback and Alturas and open the road to outdoor seating for restaurants, walking, sitting, central feature for community gathering.

Bikers have a hard time heading South behind the Library. This is a busy intersection and E/W traffic only stops for peds. I often end up getting on the sidewalk to trigger the ped crossing signal. Need a better way for bikers to continue South w/out getting on the sidewalk.
