Connect Auburn to Cisco for cycling. Same as other comment asking for connection of Cisco to Baxter. no way to ride from Auburn to Truckee.

Continue shared use path from Tree lake park to Barton or beyond to Auburn-Folsom/Folsom lake trail. The trail is already there, but is not improved enough to even walk. Paving or decomposed granite trail with the blackberry bushes controlled and creek crossings. It is paved from Sierra College Blvd to Tree-lake. It could go all the way to the lake.

Need to connect the dedicated bike path from Cirby/Royer to Foothill/PFE.

In Kings Beach on Rt 28 in the summer and other times, cars frequently park in the bike lanes and bus stops and CHP will not enforce the parking violations because there are no signs posted.
It is only a matter of time till someone gets hurt or a car crashes because of no visibility out of the driveways. -
There is an incomplete bike path that would connect the Shea Center, Hyatt Hotel, and surrounding apartments to the retail center on Pleasant Grove with the Chando's. A lot of people would bike there instead of drive for lunch/dinner and take vehicles off that congested area near the Highway 65 interchange if the path were to be completed.

Completing Class 1 Martis Valley Trail connecting Northstar to Truckee should be priority number 1.

The town of Meadow Vista could be a great place to create a bike-friendly community - schools, families, stores, and plenty of room for lanes. The town could be sort of a pilot program for other small communities in the area about how to change transportation choices in the region.

The route from Auburn, through Meadow Vista along Placer Hills Road, through Colfax and up to Dutch Flat is a very well-used route by road cyclists, and could be a significant regional attraction, boosting the economy. However, there are literally zero bike lanes along this entire route. We need those lanes, especially because drivers in this area can be hostile to cyclists.

Aub-Fol Rd used to b safe but the traffic dept created a center buffer lane and narrowed the shoulder to about 18 inches. Now it has a seam which can catch a wheel and throw the rider. This is in town between Sacramento Street and High Street.

The section from Commons Beach to the west side of Fanny Bridge needs to be improved. You go from Class 1 to unmarked roadways in a very congested area. Can be scary and un-safe especially for little kids.

Luther Road needs to be made more bike friendly. There are a concentrated population of families and pedestrians, local destinations to walk/bike too yet no shoulder, bike markings etc; please make our area safer to travel in without a vehicle

English Colony can use bike lanes - heavily used by cyclists

There is a problem as a cyclist making a left turn at from Auburn Folsom (going north) on to Douglas because the middle lane for cars goes both straight and left so the cyclist is in arkward position trying to decide which lane to use for turning left- either far left or the middle. If the cyclist use far left and the middle lane car goes left then the cyclist end up between cars.
